“This is a great little Latin and Japanese fusion ice cream shop. The fish shaped cones with a treat at the bottom are delicious on their own. I had custard in mine with chocolates ice cream, dulce de leche over the top and covered in coconut. Absolutely delicious! My foodie friend introduced me. They definitely enjoyed theirs! Thank you!“

“This place is so cool, it’s on the side of the road. There are tables to sit , they even have couple of coin operated machine rides for the kids. I had a hot fudge sundae ( mine you , this is a small) on scale of 1-10…. It was a solid 10.
Customer service is great too. The young lady working there was so nice . Only bad thing about this place is that they have to close for the winter Nov 3 🍨 🙁“

“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

“Alien Ice was so perfect for an ice cream social event we had at my place of work. It gave our employees an opportunity for a sweet summer treat and a chance to mix and mingle off of the work floor. Sean was super personable and had an extensive list to choose from with such a nostalgic 90's vibe! Definitely stood out from other ice cream trucks with the Alien theme and that caught everyone's attention. Thank you for making our day, Alien Ice! 5 Stars from us!“

“the ice cream is great, cake batter is my favorite. the ONLY reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the del's. I know it's a creamery but they serve del's so it should be good. right? 4 out of 5 times i've gotten watermelon del's there it just tastes like ice. so disappointing. I keep going back because I want to give them another chance. been going there for years. I just wish they would tell us they're out if they're having issues with the machine or something. maybe it's the employees just not making it right. and then it's a pain to complain and get something else or a refund because then you have to stand in line again. 😔“

“Love love love this ice cream shop. The ice cream itself is really rich and delicious and the atmosphere is so welcoming and chic. The decor is just fabulous, ample seating with shades so that you can soak up the sun without getting a sunburn. Truly an atmosphere suitable for anyone! I visit 3-4 times a week, I just can’t get enough. I love to relax after work or on the weekends. To top it off the owners are truly amazing people and really offer their customers a quality experience. Customer service is 5 star!“

“Went here for lunch this afternoon with my coworker. We both got pesto grilled cheeses and he got the kale with linguica soup and I got the tomato basil. We both were extremely pleased with our meals. Everything was delicious. 10/10 would return. Next time I’ll be sure to also try some ice cream.“

“Went to the shack today, and it was a really nice experience! I love what Alex and his team have done with the place! The ice cream flavors and variety of toppings are very good. The lemonade beats Del’s by a mile! If you’re lucky, you might catch one of their trucks leaving or pulling up. Haven’t gone yet for the live music and entertainment. But this shack is a good option if you’re not able to catch one of their trucks around RI / MA. Stop by!“

“First time coming here with my twin boys they found the ice cream to be rich tasting and filling. Plus the game had them entertained well waiting which we did not wait longer then 2mins for it. Would recommend to anyone in the area or after events at Gillette Stadium“
“We hopped out of Mai Thai and wanted something sweet. This place is right next door and soft serve sounded great. We got a vanilla and chocolate swirl with chocolate sprinkles and an espresso with chocolate sprinkles, both on cones. The service was great and the ice cream was perfect. Yum!“
