I am deeply frustrated by my experience today.
I slipped and fell because the floor was wet and there wasn't a sign indicating such. I spilled my coffee and banged my foot on something. No one asked if I was okay or even offered me a replacement.
If the cafe was busy I would be more understanding, but there wasn't even a line of people. Just 4+ employees talking amongst each other.
When I asked to use some hand sanitizer—which they’re supposed to provide per DOH guidelines—an employee yelled at me: It’s only for employees. There IS a pandemic. Yeah, that’s kind of the point. Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. What ever happened to us all being in this together? And do you not have running water inside for your employees? The same can’t be said for the customers at your window. Be nice.
