Waited 35 minutes after our reservation time to get seated. Table was available the entire time but was told we were waiting on it (I'm guessing it was a staffing issue and they didn't want to say that, but it's better than just a random inaccurate excuse). The hostess was less than helpful but our waitress was lovely. Food was good but not great. Everyone recommended this spot coming to Newport but we were most definitely underwhelmed/disappointed. Would not recommend.
Staff was courteous and very helpful. My dish was served five minutes before my wife's dish came out. Wife's sandwich was soggy from the salad that was served on same plate. These two avoidable mistakes took away from our oveall enjoyment. The restaurant was not busy. The mud pie ice cream desert saved the day.

My girlfriend and I have been here a few times and loved it, but this last time we were disappointed. They've scaled back their menu to just a handful of items, had no beer on tap because apparently they never brought the taps back inside?? No good beers available in bottles or cans either. And the two young bartenders seemed pretty clueless
