“Has been a local favorite for ten years. Mango curry, pad thai, and the seafood soup are some of my go-to's. Dining in can be slow service but the slow pace is something we all need more of. Love the orange Thai tea too :) very cozy and inviting“

“I worked a job nearby and would come in every week for lunch. When I left that job, I instantly missed Thai Excursion in my life. Recently, I started a new job nearby that allows me to come here again. Love this place 5 Stars for a 5 Star spicy basil. Toni the bartender is incredibly friendly.“

“Excellent food & service. Pho soup was excellent! Beef & shrimp vermicelli was so good! We also had mint spring rolls & they were delicious with such a wonderful peanut sauce. Mango sticky rice was just so perfectly sweet enough & the mango was ripe to perfection. I had strawberry refresher drink & added my own vodka. It's BYOB. My husband had Jasmine tea & the serving display was just beautiful! I would highly recommend this restaurant. Food was amazing, restaurant is so cozy & beautiful and it's located in the heart of wonderful Pawtuxet Village in Cranston RI.“

“I have to say 10 stars ! I ordered Salmon with green curry. Sticky rice. Oh my, this was sooo goid and the delivery guy was right on time. The food was hot and there was enough for two meals..im very impressed and certainly will be going to Thai Star often. ?“

“My first time here and it will not be my last. Cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. Great price for the portions! Started with the chicken satay- oh my delicious! Also had the summer roll - you can just taste the freshness of the vegetables- yum! Then the fried dumpling - again the freshness just leaps out at you in flavor! For our meal I ordered cashew nut with shrimp- Amazing flavor and again freshness! Wife got the drunken noodles with chicken- again great flavor! Our daughter ordered Crispy Duck and boy was that tasty! The crispy Kale on top was amazing! Thank you for a great dining experience! We shall be back!“

“We got a large order of Bahn Mis and I can’t recommend the experience enough. The catering was delicious, the price was extremely reasonable, and the order was ready to go on time! Huge shoutout to Mike for quickly answering order questions via text. Our team all agreed that we’d get them next time (or three) that we need catering. Didn’t get to eat in shop but it was a welcoming vibe that I’ll visit soon. Also, I must personally emphasize that the tofu one with peanut sauce was heavenly.“
