The Pad Thai was hands-down the highlight of the meal. It is rare for noodle dishes to travel well in large quantities, but these stayed perfectly springy without getting clumpy or soggy. The sauce struck that ideal, authentic balance of tangy tamarind, savory umami, and a subtle sweetness, complete with fresh lime wedges, crisp bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts on the side.

Heng is always THE go to Thai spot in PVD. Now that they have their own online ordering and delivery, it's even better. Can't reccommend them enough
I ordered takeout online so when I swing by The Street, my order can be given to me at a faster pace. I love patties and I had a lot in Thailand so that may be set my expectations a bit high. I feel like the pad Thai here is really mediocre because the sauce just wasn't the right taste. The noodles was a bit too soft and I feel like there couldn't have more ingredients.. the staff are all really nice as well.
