“If you are looking for affordable, tasty food and great portions? This is the spot! I walked in and was immediately greeted by the man behind the counter. I had a lot of questions and he answered them kindly and informed about so many items on the menu. There is an option for everybody! They have a good amount of high chairs where you can sit and eat. I ordered the shrimp pad Thai; it was fresh, hot and had a nice kick to it. For a drink, I ordered the strawberry passion fruit slush with lychee jelly. So good! I cannot wait to return!“

“I have to say 10 stars ! I ordered Salmon with green curry. Sticky rice. Oh my, this was sooo goid and the delivery guy was right on time. The food was hot and there was enough for two meals..im very impressed and certainly will be going to Thai Star often. ?“

For our meal I ordered cashew nut with shrimp- Amazing flavor and again freshness! Wife got the drunken noodles with chicken- again great flavor! “The Pad Thai was hands-down the highlight of the meal. It is rare for noodle dishes to travel well in large quantities, but these stayed perfectly springy without getting clumpy or soggy. The sauce struck that ideal, authentic balance of tangy tamarind, savory umami, and a subtle sweetness, complete with fresh lime wedges, crisp bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts on the side.

“This is a great no frills choice. Very friendly. A big plus for me is the fried batter they use is chestnut flour, not wheat so I can eat it with my wheat allergy! They seem to do a lot of take out. Also next door is a dairy free ice cream place.“

“It’s more towards Chinese than Thai - I dint see any yellow green curry etc. portions are great and prices reasonable. They offer you tasters so you can decide the combo. It’s great for mall food but was bit too oily for me.

I would recommend the spicy dry chicken fry over the more oily wet one.“
