Have always wanted to visit a Ben & Jerry's as I love their carton flavors and was really excited to get a chance to visit. Was happy to see some new and exciting flavors I had never tasted before. First impressions is that the set up inside is a bit backwards. I had an amazing experience at Ben and Jerry’s that I just have to share. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm that it set the tone for a fantastic visit. This little shop quickly gets crowded (everyone loves some Ben & Jerry’s!), but the service is efficient and the wait was not too bad. Though the staff members were impersonal, the ice cream was delicious and perfect for a day in Providence.
