“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

“This is a great little Latin and Japanese fusion ice cream shop. The fish shaped cones with a treat at the bottom are delicious on their own. I had custard in mine with chocolates ice cream, dulce de leche over the top and covered in coconut. Absolutely delicious! My foodie friend introduced me. They definitely enjoyed theirs! Thank you!“

“Alien Ice was so perfect for an ice cream social event we had at my place of work. It gave our employees an opportunity for a sweet summer treat and a chance to mix and mingle off of the work floor. Sean was super personable and had an extensive list to choose from with such a nostalgic 90's vibe! “Love love love this ice cream shop. The ice cream itself is really rich and delicious and the atmosphere is so welcoming and chic. The decor is just fabulous, ample seating with shades so that you can soak up the sun without getting a sunburn. Truly an atmosphere suitable for anyone! I visit 3-4 times a week, I just can’t get enough. I love to relax after work or on the weekends. To top it off the owners are truly amazing people and really offer their customers a quality experience. Customer service is 5 star!“

“We hopped out of Mai Thai and wanted something sweet. This place is right next door and soft serve sounded great. We got a vanilla and chocolate swirl with chocolate sprinkles and an espresso with chocolate sprinkles, both on cones. The service was great and the ice cream was perfect. Yum!“

“Husband and I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for a quick bite. He enjoyed his flavored meatball sandwich and I enjoyed my juicy honey mustard chicken. We'll definitely go back! I appreciate the gluten free options! Not many local places have that. Parking lot is open and plenty of spots. Wheelchair accessible too.“

“I always come here a lot because I live nearby. This one time really makes me consider coming back. I paid for 3 different icecreams and received 2. The one I didn’t receive I go ask about it and say I didn’t receive it. The young lady then proceeds to say she already made it and I already received it. I explain to her that I was not the one who she gave it to and I did not receive the icecream. She then says I already made the icecream and implies I am doing it to receive a free icecream. I have enough money to buy icecream and I am here with my kids. I know whether or not my kids are eating icecream. The service is great while paying but the system of saying the number and sometimes not saying the number doesn’t work because people take other icecreams and the people who actually pay for their icecream are accused of being scummy and receive rude service.

EDIT: After the response from owner , I will give this place 4 stars. I love coming here but being accused and given rude service isn’t right because someone else took my icecream. I did receive the icecream from another worker and the lady from the payment system was very nice and icecream is of good quality.“
