“I've been loving this place since I was a child about 5o years ago. This is my first stop when I make it up there from Fl. My hardest decision is roast beef or those delicious char broiled cheeseburger. I usually get both!“

“Looks bigger inside than it is. Seating on both sides of front counter, 9 tables total. One high chair available. Separate men's and women's bathrooms, but they could use an update. Staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. They allowed us to use 2 coupons, which was nice.

Parking: Tight parking lot and hard to pull out on street again.“

“Great service. We love this shop. Just one problem. All 3 of us got food poisoning from the sandwiches. Not sure what ingredient caused it. I got a veggie delight and my son and daughter got tuna. So must have been the lettuce. Hoping to not miss work tomorrow. 🙏“

“The cashier Deric I believe his name was, super friendly. He even did a guest check back while we were eating. Usually only see that at restaurants with servers. On top of this the food was delicious per usual. Gotta love their steak and cheese subs!“

“Stopped in at lunchtime for a quick bite with my mom. It was nice eating simple good food😋 We both had Roast Beef sandwiches and split an order of fries. The service was prompt and very pleasant. Definitely planning on getting my husband there 😉“

“I usually Door dash my food from them, but with the rising prices I decided to go there personally. That was the best decision I could have made . The people are amazing and it's actually cheaper to go there rather than use door dash ( sorry door dash) . I'm coming back !! Also I must add Erin is the best 🙂“

“Visited on Sunday, 3/15 around 12:30pm.
One of the nicest Subways we have been to! Clean facility with nice seating area. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. They were kind, friendly, and very patient as my family of 4 prepared and gave their orders, especially my 6 year old. :) Our sandwiches were amazing and fresh! They made the sandwiches packed with everything we requested. I am willing to drive the extra few minutes to be a patron to this specific Subway going forward.“

“I love this place! The service is pretty quick. They have a large selection of breakfast items. Their lunch selection is great as well. They also cater for things like office lunch meetings. A couple of my favorite breakfast foods are a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese on the side or the large yogurt with granola and fresh blueberries. For a light lunch, I love their Italian Wedding soup.“

“Over all this location is fantastic! I was greeted when I walked through the doors. The customer service is great, everyone has a smile on there face and very helpful as far as accommodating for dietary needs. You can tell they have good communication between staff which is great for team work! The food is so delicious and hits the spot every time! It’s a very welcoming establishment! I highly recommend stopping in the Lincoln location!“

“Went there today got a great tuna sub. The girl that I made it was very nice and friendly. But I could not tip her because there is no longer a place to tip her on my card. I felt bad because I had no cash on me. Please bring back the tip button so us patrons can tip the people workering please and thank you“

“staff still passing food to customers even as one customer started having a meltdown in food court, screaming at the workers and the people around with toddler in hand. security no where to be found but did not break down crying in front of crazy lady. Lady started to yell at other customers who had their food until they sat away from her and her group, needs more security to protect staff and customers!!!

“Jersey Mike's location, after reading through many, many reviews, I'm extremely curious why I haven't seen one single response, from an owner, Manager, or District Manager, etc. Very curious. Beginning of the end, perhaps? I'm sure some of the negative reviews are from high-strung, entitled, inividuals, but not one, owner/Manager response? Hmmm.“

“Yummy yummy nostalgic subway. This location has soft bread, fresh ingredients and good staff. I love the ladies in there. You can tell they don’t mind their job and are happy to accommodate you and make you a banging sub. Make sure you tip when you go! They deserve it. I love the service and consistent well made subs. “Got a sub last night at 8:32PM and boy was it a problem for the staff. Got a lot of attitude from the little lighter haired girl who gave me attitude when I asked if I could still order since they were cleaning up, very loudly and aggressively sweeping while the other young lady made my food. She was at least polite, while the silent one made the atmosphere so hostile I didn’t want to breathe too loud and set her off. Maybe management can review what being open til 9pm means. Felt bad for the guy who came in to order as I was paying. If you don’t wanna be at work past 9 don’t work at a business that’s open until 9. If I had walked in the door at 8:55 I’d be a little more understanding but the attitude I received was uncalled for.“
