I have been going to this location over 10 plus years but lately the service is terrible the girls in the morning are rude can't get anything right and drive thru is the worst I've seen
I have been going to this DD for years. every year, the help and service gets worse and worse. The people who work there are so ignorant and not friendly at all. I stopped going for a long time and went there today and they are worse than ever. I got my ice coffee full of coffee on top of the lid and as she handed it to me, it spilled all over my white blouse and shorts.I had to go home soak and change my clothes. This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to. When going through the drive-through they only take one order at a time. Then, once that order is filled, they will take the next order in line. It took me over 20 minutes to get served yesterday with three cars in front of me. Then my complicated order of an iced coffee and order of hashbrowns was wrong. The hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp and there were five instead of six.
