Ok this is my second time I spent 49 dollars on 4 bagels waited 27 min in line to get home to find my bagels were incorrect #nothanks the atmosphere was chaotic I literally watched as one kid dropped two sandwiches on the floor she did throw them away he did change his gloves my chicken salad was so skimpy I'm wondering if he dropped all the chicken salad on the floor pho restaurants near me open at those critical crucial hours the staff should run immaculately no hiccups
Expectations were high but it was okay! They got my order wrong but then rectified it on request. Was no problem though. I wanted to buy 3 hoodies but no one was quite happy to serve. Do expect to get in line. Overall 3 stars.

This place used to be so good and my go-to. However in the last year the food quality has gone down hill. Flat bagels. Flat eggs for sandwiches. The new coffee is absolutely terrible. Wait times are super long for order ahead, in store, and drive thru. The team is working hard but so flustered and disorganized. Definitely need to work some efficiencies into their work flow.Hopefully it improves again.
