We went for drinks and apps. The Kung Pao Brussel sprouts were delicious but what really made the night was the service staff: Geary, KC, and Sarah were very professional and welcoming.
For a hotel restaurant, we were very impressed. We ate here three times. Twice for the breakfast buffet and once for drinks and lunch.
The breakfast buffet is excellent. Good coffee. They give each table their own pot. The fruit selection was great. They have fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, French toast, cereal, breads, granola, Greek yogurt (I wish they had plain) etc.

Excellent foood and large variety of dishes. They had a number of interesting house cocktails. They will let you order from lunch menu even during dinner service. Some of the dishes can be spicy so check when ordering. I loved the cauliflower steak but some of our party found it too spicy.

Bluefin Grille offers good food and a nice ambiance. The bartender is fantastic, serving lots of good drinks. The salmon and flourless chocolate cake are highly recommended. The New England clam chowder is delightful, and the crunchy French toast for breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make special requests happen, like celebrating a birthday. Services and drinks are affordable with very good portions. Recently, some guests noted that while the food and drinks were top-notch, there was a minor issue with the lamb shank being partly frozen; however, the staff was very apologetic and quickly rectified the situation by removing drinks from the bill. Many guests praised the wonderful service, especially at the bar, where Daria made their visits delightful. Even when arriving late, the restaurant ensured their meals, like cheeseburgers and salads, were expedited, allowing guests to enjoy generous portions before heading out. Bluefin Grille remains a great choice for a hotel restaurant with reasonable prices.
