“The Wendy's in Providence offers a dependable fast-food experience, with the food being what you'd expect from the chain—fast and consistent. The interior is well-maintained, including the dining room and bathrooms, and the youthful staff are generally pretty chill and efficient. However, the location's proximity to a Walmart and Home Depot means that the area can get extremely busy, leading to a frequently clogged drive-thru line, so it's often a better idea to park and go inside to order if you're in a rush.“
“This wendys is pretty good . On occasion they have a hard time with taking orders but not in a way that is terrible or something you don't want. the staff seems to be upbeat and the prices are not half bad. Can be busy around lunch but the lines move quick.“
“They keep shrinking the nuggets. I know it's not specific to this place but Wendy's why do you get to keep on shrinking the nuggets and crispy chicken piece. This place is very clean and stylish though. Great seating and service. Love the soda fountain. But missing some flavors. Great parking lot!“
“This Wendy's was excellent! The staff was friendly and courteous, the best Wendy's I've been to in a very long time. Maybe this manager should become a general manager to improve the rest of the Wendy's in the mass Rhode Island area they definitely can learn from the staff.“
