“the ice cream is great, cake batter is my favorite. the ONLY reason I wouldn't recommend this place is the del's. I know it's a creamery but they serve del's so it should be good. right? 4 out of 5 times i've gotten watermelon del's there it just tastes like ice. so disappointing. I keep going back because I want to give them another chance. been going there for years. I just wish they would tell us they're out if they're having issues with the machine or something. maybe it's the employees just not making it right. and then it's a pain to complain and get something else or a refund because then you have to stand in line again. 😔“

“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. This place is for sale and that doesn’t mean it’s closed down necessarily but we live right near here and it’s never open during open hours anymore so I’m assuming it’s closed at least for now. Wouldn’t have star rated it for this but have to. Just so people don’t make a trip. Current as of 8/4/24“

Since I did not get the persons name I will be as specific as I can - today June 6th between 1-2p - I had the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. They had a ponytail and wore glasses & were very delightful. The way they interacted both with just myself but my child. And not just us. The customer service was consistent with every single person who entered or was sitting eating. It felt very personal & reminiscent of going to your local mom & pop ice cream stand.
