“My son, daughter in law and three of my grandchildren had the most amazing experience making ice cream with Chef Andrea at Gather Cafe. The class was interesting, informative and so much fun. Chef Andrea explained every step fully and included some of the fascinating science behind turning sugar, eggs, and cream into the most delicious ice cream you will ever have. It was an incredible experience that is now a treasured family memory.
I attended a second class with my two adult grandsons and their wives this weekend and had another amazing experience that was just as special as the first. The staff went out of their way to create a memorable experience that goes beyond just making ice cream. They are warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. And we made five different flavor ice creams including to two that were vegan and they were all outstanding and delicious. I will go back again!!!!“

A special shoutout to Elizabeth, Isabel, and Kaylee—they are all so kind, upbeat, and genuinely make you feel appreciated as a customer. Their positive energy really stands out and keeps me coming back. The selection is amazing, with a huge variety of hard ice cream flavors to choose from, so there’s always something new to try. Their soft serve is just as good—smooth, creamy, and perfectly made every time. On top of that, their sundaes and milkshakes are so unique and delicious. “If you’re questioning a visit stop thinking about it. Make it happen. Best custom made milkshake EVER! It’s always a great sign when you walk into a business and are greeted with smiles and happiness. That alone made me super happy for stopping by. They have an amazing selection with an option to sample before you make your choice. If you can’t decide what you’d like they do have a list of what I believe are all amazing options. I opted to go my own way and what this amazing human put together for me was absolutely delectable to say the very least. I hope she sees this and knows the caramel drizzle and crushed up Oreos were a great idea. And the whipped cream. So good I was halfway done by the time the other amazing human inside was done helping my compadre and my cup was empty within minutes of leaving the parking lot. If I don’t find myself in the area while working I will find myself making the 4+ hour round trip to visit again. It’s too good not to!“

I had great service, especially from who I believe was the owner (young 30sish and bald). he was super friendly and gave me a free cup of sherbert that was almost done, and a pup cup for my dog. 100% going back, super friendly people!“

“I’ve gone to Somerset Creamery my whole life, but I hadn’t been in several years. I figured my nostalgia was probably over-hyping it, but I went back yesterday and it was even better than I remembered. I got the cookie dough in a waffle cup and it was so creamy and delicious! Probably the best ice cream around, definitely the creamiest!“
“Took my toddler here Monday and my only regret with coming here is that we’ve lived in North Smithfield for several years and this was our first time coming! My son (almost 3) loved seeing the cows and trucks that were set up there. We went inside to get a snack and he started having a mini meltdown because he wanted to go back outside. An employee (wish I got her name) came from behind the register and gave him a couple stickers and told me I was doing a great job, which really means a lot when you feel like you’re doing something wrong as a mom. I appreciate that woman more than she realized! 💕 I ordered a cream puff and 2 chocolate chip cookies. When the employee from behind the counter handed me my box she let me know she gave us an extra cookie! The employees really were amazing. My son loved his cookie, and I’ve been dreaming of that cream puff ever since 🤤 we can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream! Great snacks and even greater employees! Thank you for a great day!“

“I have been coming to Dairy King since the late 90s and it’s my favorite ice cream shop in Providence. They now allow credit card payments and have updated their exterior with new decor and more seating areas. Prices are very reasonable and the milkshakes are some of the best around.“

“This is a great little Latin and Japanese fusion ice cream shop. The fish shaped cones with a treat at the bottom are delicious on their own. I had custard in mine with chocolates ice cream, dulce de leche over the top and covered in coconut. Absolutely delicious! My foodie friend introduced me. They definitely enjoyed theirs! Thank you!“

“so i was bored today in my house and trying to just beat this heat when i got the idea to give this place a visit since i haven’t been there in a while. i walked in and the place was completely spotless not even a drop of ice cream on the counter. the employee working there was not only kind but very patient as i had no idea what i wanted. would love to give more than 5 stars but alas i cant. good job to the staff at scoops!“

“Jules Ice cream is the absolute BEST in Bristol! We live in Michigan, and visit often. The staff are simply wonderful. If they are ever having an overwhelming or bad day, you would NEVER know. They always greet you with a welcome, hello & smile. Oh, the waffle cones are scrumptious and the selection of ice cream is fabulous!“

“Had such a great experience at Dari Bee! The ice cream was absolutely delicious with so many great flavors to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The shop was clean, fun, and had such a great atmosphere overall. Plus, it’s right on the bike path, which makes stopping there such a fun activity while out for a ride or walk. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to again!“

“Finally had a chance to try Gray's ice cream. Went with a coffee oreo frappe. Thought it was pretty good. The oreo crumbles were pretty light. Now the green straw on the other hand was borderline awful. Constantly collapsing making it a challenge to drink. The struggle started taking away from the overall enjoyment.“

“Went to the shack today, and it was a really nice experience! I love what Alex and his team have done with the place! The ice cream flavors and variety of toppings are very good. The lemonade beats Del’s by a mile! If you’re lucky, you might catch one of their trucks leaving or pulling up. Haven’t gone yet for the live music and entertainment. But this shack is a good option if you’re not able to catch one of their trucks around RI / MA. Stop by!“

“Today I had the Aztec Chicken and Black Bean soup. Fantastic! The broth had a depth of flavor. The accompanying bread was fresh and had great flavor. In the past, I've also had Chicken Noodle, Portuguese Kale, and Vegetable Minestrone soups. All were great. Lily's is RI's Soup Kitchen Internation but with a smile.“
