“Yamato Hibachi and Sushi offers decent sushi and hibachi dishes with friendly service. The food is generally fresh, though some rolls can be hit or miss. The sushi is beautifully presented, and the hibachi meals are flavorful with generous portions. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is casual yet lively — perfect for a night out with family or friends. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to for both sushi and hibachi! Overall, a solid spot for a casual Japanese meal.“

“Food was awesome, service was awesome, menu was big ranging from things like pho to BBQ + combo Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi). I have been craving this place ever since I got it the other day. The springrolls were fresh and the sauce was tasty. The peanuts that came with the sauce were good and not soggy. Coming from Lowell, MA, I can say I am satisfied with this place! Looking forward to coming back!“

“First time there and I’m glad I stopped . The woman at the counter was so welcoming and such a sweetheart and the food followed that vibe . I got a combination plate and a house fried rice . Everything was delicious and I will return without question .“

“When we moved to Cumberland, we needed to find a reputable sushi restaurant to satisfy our desire for good quality sushi. There were some weeks that we would order delivery twice!
Whether it’s sashimi, nigiri or a fun maki roll with a Pu Pu Platter or a cocktail on the side, this is one of our favorite date night spots.
Vinny (the full-time bartender) makes excellent drinks, knows his customers by name and what they order and always encourages us to try new items.
If you’re looking for a casual, moderately priced but delicious sushi restaurant, Azalea’s will always be recommended!“
