“The food was excellent! Great spot right next to a parking garage. Very small inside, so recommend making a reservation. Ramen was excellent, and the flavor of the broth was incredible. Inside could use some touch-ups from wear and tear but didn't bother us.“

“Christy’s Liquors is a great family owned store! The employees are excellent! The cashiers always have a smile on their faces. They’re very helpful and knowledgable. The owner or a manager is on the floor at all times looking to help customers. Store is always neat and clean. Great selection of wines, allocated bourbons and other liquors. “Everytime I have went to Azalea it has been outstanding, unfortunately, this time it was horrible. Food was subpar and the service was not friendly at all and the server was annoyed at having to wait on us. We actually felt afraid to ask her for anything. In between us ordering and delivering our food, she would sit at a table and be on her phone.
So disappointed!! I don't know what happened to this place, but I hope they fix it.

“I’ve eaten here a couple of times and can confidently say it’s the yummiest Chinese restaurant in Providence by far! I got to-to with my girlfriend. The portions for one order were more than enough for both us. Not to mention, they gave us two free Cokes!

“We Ordered dinner from China Gourmet tonight through Grubhub. When my dinner was delivered I realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong item through the Grubhub app. I called the restaurant to ask if I could bring back the wrong item for the correct item. Not only did they tell me to keep the incorrect item, but to stay home and they would deliver an entire complimentary meal of the correct item as a courtesy. Not only great food but great customer service !“

“This restaurant was recommended to us. Hand rolled noodles isn’t something you can get in rural Maine. The noodles we delicious. The waitstaff was attentive. The restaurant was clean and lively. They customized a dish for my daughter (no spice) and her dish was just as flavorful considering they omitted items. We tried an assortment of appetizers and main entrees and my only recommendations would be to get a side of rice for a $1 so you can soak up all the delicious sauce and flavors. Even the tea was good. Bathroom was clean. Food was fresh. And try the thousand layers honey cake. I think everyone will find something to like here. If I am ever in Providence, I will 💯 go again.“

The seating was insanely cramped, which is a disappointment because the food really was good. I'd go again, but I'd avoid bringing a large party.“

“My friend, Scott, took me to Haruki last night for dinner, knowing that I’m OBSESSED with sushi, the same way he is. He insisted that it would be worth the drive from Rochester, MA (my location) to Cranston, raving, “It’s the BEST!” and promising me that I won’t be disappointed. I’ll tell you this… he was not wrong!! From the sushi, to the service… A++++ Their entire staff is full of joyous energy and are super on top of everything. It’s so refreshing to see a place of business full of an entire group of people all working so wonderfully together. Getting their ish done like champs all while laughing, smiling, helping, but most importantly, they are all HAPPY. That happiness is infectious. Looking around the restaurant, all you could see was a place full of love, though and through. Our waiter, Tony, was SUCH a sweetheart. Though it was a busy night, he made time to chat with us throughout service. He knows Scott since he’s been a long-time customer. At the end of dinner, Tony truly showed his appreciation to Scotty for being a valued customer for so long by treating us to one of their most delicious bottles of saké, on the house. It was so smooth and delicious. Between the sushi being absolutely phenomenal… I’m talking OUT OF THIS WORLD (and I’m a sushi snob and a half), the rocking staff, the pleasant atmosphere and the fantastic prices, you really can’t beat this gem of a place.
