Dunkin' Donuts in Smithfield

“Just want to say I absolutely love this location. There can be a line of cars at the drive thru but I know this location can handle it and is super fast and efficient. Also, the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond. I choose to go to this Dunkin every time because of the staffs outstanding service!I normally see Eddie and Cherelle (sp?) in the morning! Honestly everyone has a pleasant demeanor and makes this place! It is very well run!“

“Great new location. New drive through and it's really quick. This location just scored major points with me. It's one of the best run locations. It's a much bigger store than their old one. Better service, staff is always friendly and get my order right each time. The parking lot is well designed so traffic flows in and out easily. The bathrooms are super clean (they are brand new) inside the store is well laid out with a nice seating area. I highly recommend this location over some of the other ones.“

“Does it bother anyone else when someone says that they will be right with you....and then walks away to do the drive thru....(when someone is already there) and continues on drive tru so a 3 person takes the counter. And then they didn't have the coffee made to make my order! All I want is a XL coffee black, you can't get it!“

“Dunkin has that great tasting coffee you just crave! I love the veggie wraps for something light and healthy or the Sourdough breakfast sandwich when I'm starving it's a monster! The new avocado toast is also a winner so they got it all that's why there's lines and you still pull in!!“

“I visit this Dunkin donuts at least 6 days a week on the way to work, sometimes I'm there as they're opening for the day. Joe, who opens most mornings, is quick with a friendly greeting, takes our orders promptly and always delivers our orders made to perfection, sometimes he's got it ready before I even get to the counter. Joe is basically the coffee God. it's nice to have a positive interaction so early on the morning. I usually drive by 2 other Dunkin locations that are closer to my house just because of the exceptional service.“
