“We found this little gem on a trip to Newport for a wedding.. And came back times in the weekend. Fantastic coffee, great atmosphere, awesome staff! The cinnamon bun - OMG. Wish we had one at home!“

“I go here at least 4 times a week. While the workers occasionally get the drinks wrong, and by occasionally I mean hardly ever. Sometimes the bagels might be undertoasted, but I'm somewhat of a picky eater. I go after school, and they often have a at least partly filled stock, which is more than I can say about other dunkins. The workers are lovely, and the place is always clean. Not a crumb on the floor, and that's with a university less than a mile away. I've been going to this same dunkin since i was less than a year old, and it always has a place in my heart as my favorite dunkin.“

“For over 6 years I have been coming to this location. By far the best in Rhode Island... Many crew members are TOP NOTCH!! They know me by name and order! During the pandemic they went above and beyond and kept everyone safe. Lately new staff has been slipping up, messing up orders, slow times which is understandable. Today I placed a mobile order like I do daily. I’m on a PM shift on Thursday so I mis my normal morning crew. I walk in and all the mobile orders are piled up on the counter (3) new people I’ve never seen. A girl walks over to assist another customer and turns her back to walk away (clearly she saw me waiting) I ask to grab mine she slightly turns and responds with “it’s not ready” I could tell my lone coffee was ready I could see my name 🤦🏼♀️ she walks away and starts ringing at the register... A young man walked over and asked my name I told him then proceeded to ask her name and I was spoken to rudley, said she’s the manger.. no she’s not I know the manager I asked again and again she finally screamed her name half way across the tiny restaurant... uncalled for. Never in 6 years has ANYONE spoken to me like that or treated me like that from this location :( I’ll make sure to stick with my friendly upbeat morning crew... From a manager perspective I think regional and the store manager should reconsider who they are leaving in charge in the afternoon. Someone really needs a training on customer service and kidness“

“Kim is amazing! She’s personable and so talented. We are so grateful for the outstanding job she did creating a custom cake for our granddaughter’s Baptism. The cake was beautiful and delicious! The butter cream frosting is out of this world!“
