My first time having their food I had no clue how good it was going to be, the flavor was incredible and the food was freshly prepared and properly cooked!! The place is clean, and the staff are very friendly and kind and hardworking people! They make all their food cooked to order and guarantee that it is freshly made! I’m so happy I took the chance to try this food because it was so tasty and delicious and I ate every bite! I got the Katsu Poke Bowl and let me tell you it’s delicious and a must try if you’ve never had Umami’s food before! Whatever the recipe for this chicken is it’s perfect! The chicken is perfectly cooked perfectly and lightly breaded and the food it comes with is healthy and clean and fresh! I was seriously impressed and I’m thinking about calling in an order again as I write this because the food was that good! Most Asian Cuisine places are just a run of the mill Chinese or Japanese food spot but not this place!! This place has a variety of different types of authentic homemade Asian dishes and they are all properly and generously portioned and cooked and taste delicious! “Jacky’s never disappoints. Atmosphere is business casual. Noise level is appropriate and allows conversation. Great for large groups. Service is always friendly and attentive. We ordered a variety of sushi, tempura and appetizers all were delicious. Sushi was fresh and flavorful. Coconut ice cream and flourless chocolate cake for dessert was excellent. Great location right in the heart of downtown. Great place to sit and observe Waterfire take place!“

“I freaking love Sushi Cafe. Out of the entire food court, this is the spot. The sushi is literally so delicious (at least the vegetarian ones- I always get sweet potato and avocado), better than some of the veggie sushi that you might get at a fancy restaurant. The family that runs it is the sweetest, the woman with the bob recognizes me and remembers my order every time. I will always go to Sushi Cafe and bring all my friends.“

“Love Pokeworks Providence, I think I’ve gone every single week at least once since they’ve opened! I think I’ve tried every combination of the menu, and have several Favorites and several custom blended favorite! My only suggestion can I buy the dressings? I would love to use them at home for my own marinades and and not is nearly as special salads!!! Having the dressing would not stop me from coming to Pokeworks at least once a week, but I would feel as if I’m eating healthier at home, and I would love to have a little pokey works in my kitchen! Need someone to test market this idea on? I am the one !!!!!!“
