“Ordered a custom cake one week prior to needing it, it completely exceeded my expectations. I can’t tell you who is sweeter the staff or the cake. From the moment I entered the bakery I felt welcome and all my questions and concerns were addressed before I placed the order. Communication was great. The cake was a huge hit. I will never order a cake from anywhere else.“

“My husband and I went in around 3:30-4PM on Saturday afternoon. The parking lot was full, but there was no wait. We sat at the bar to grab a quick late lunch. Our server, Derek, was fantastic. He asked our names and referred to us by name throughout our visit. The food, I had steak kabobs with rice and he had a 6 oz. Filet which were delicious. My house salad and rolls with cinammon butter were also very good. Service was attentive but not hovering and getting a to go container and our check was quick and easy. Approx $40 for our meals, we both had water. Can't wait to return.“

“My party of 7 dinned here and the food was great! Some of us were 2nd time diners and others 1st timers. While we enjoyed everything ordered, we all agreed that our server Patty stole the show. Her section was busy and she serviced each table like a rockstar! She checked in periodically making sure all was well. The entire experience overall was a "Chef's Kiss", thank you Patty!“

“I finally stopped by Three Wishes Bakery in Johnston RI. Can I say I was so impressed and excited and happy. It was like a classic RI bakery with all the most beautiful pastry and donuts I have ever seen in a gluten free bakery. I wanted to buy it all. My husband and I shared two donuts at home, one was the creme brûlée and the other a Boston creme. Soooo good. We ate the cinnamon twists in the car on the way home. We were both making lots of yummy noises. I also tried their sandwich rolls which were delicious. Soft and flavorful unlike other gluten free rolls I have bought. The spinach pies were our lunch and they didn’t disappoint with the raspberry twists for our dessert. I will now be a regular at Three Wishes Bakery. Finally a bakery I can enjoy.“

“Outstanding meal! There were 7 of us for a family gathering (we met in the middle for CT + MA family) and everything about our dinner was exceptional! The food, the wine, the calamari + dip, the bread, the olive oil + balsamic dip were all delicious, but the lobster ravioli and caramel gelato were to die for. Omg! Our server was perfect too. “I had a birthday celebration at this restaurant. We sat near the cozy fireplace on a chilly night. The cheeseboard (varied cheeses, focaccia bread, honey, blackberries, nuts, jam, greens) and Pt. Judith calamari were beautifully presented. Excellent bottle of Pinot Grigio from Tuscany, Italy added to food, Staff was very accomodating. I enjoyed mussels, scallops, little necks over pasta in scampi sauce. Others had the salmon as well as the bolognese. It's a very roomy, quiet setting near the water. Staff came out to sing happy birthday with a luscious ice cream dessert with a candle on top. I was pleasantly surprised. We will return to this place for sure!“

“Great experience at Ellie’s a nice cozy cafe in the downtown Providence area. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. The coffee was good and had a tasty breakfast sandwich and delicious pastry. The rest of the menu and pastries also looked great. The cafe was clean, bright, well decorated, and had plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend to a friend or return in my next trip to Providence.“

“Overall very good food, chefs are great. Summer hires are rude and impatient however. So just “for future reference”: The line gets crowded quickly, small place. To avoid the staff becoming frustrated with you, make sure to: 1) Pick your menu items quickly and 2) pick drinks quickly, and if they are from fridge take drinks with you to final register If you do not do this, you may be called out in public by folks at register, and it can be a little embarrassing. Check menu online and know what you want before you go and you should have a good experience!“

“I enjoy the different vegan and plant-based option at Plant City. There is the option to eat more casual downstairs, there is nice outdoor seating overlooking the river and bridge, and the upstairs Sezn offers fine dining. I tried Sezn for the first time and enjoyed the sweet potato gnocchi, eggplant lasagna and matcha strawberry shortcake. It was a beautiful atmosphere with very attentive staff. The food was exceptional.“

“Quick service, decent latte. I ordered a pretzel chocolate croissant as well - croissant was flakey and light, the pretzel/saltiness paired well with the not too sweet chocolate in a well balanced combo.

I would definitely stop in again and try out their other bakery items.

There is a small parking lot behind the bakery with a couple of spots as well as street parking available.“

“We visited for an early dinner. Our waiter Jake was outstanding! After a wonderful meal, my husband paid the bill & we were getting ready to leave when the manager came to our table to ask what was wrong & if we were unhappy w/our server.....'No he was fantastic' we said. Oh! he said, because we didn't leave a tip he thought the waiter had messed up.... suffice it to say.... husband had THOUGHT he left the tip when he paid. Apparently he didn't!!! Talk about being embarrassed!! We gave Jake a little extra in his tip. So, next time you're at Davenports, East Prov. ask for Jake... he's awesome & goes beyond his waitstaff duties.“

“I've recently travelled from England to visit a friend in Rhode Island. She purchased one of your cakes as a welcome cake a cute one with bees on it and also some chocolate chip cookies. The cake was absolutely amazing and is by far the best I have ever tasted. The cookies were great too.“

“Great lunch for three. Had the orange chicken, Mongolian beef and kung po chicken on the lunch menu with the lettuce wraps and dumplings as appetizers. Everything was just the right mix of spices and tasted great. Chante had our drinks and meals brought right out and did everything with a cheerful smile and pleasant personality. Perfect for Sunday lunch.“

“I have been a diehard customer of this amazing restaurant for the past 10 years of my life. Being a creature of habit, I consistently order the grilled chicken, Caesar salad, pizza, which has never disappointed. The one thing I do recommend is that when you order this either online or over the phone, just ask them to make sure that the chef cuts the pizza well, if not, you will wind up with croutons and Romaine lettuce & chicken everywhere. The pizza chocolate chip cookie is an absolute must. It is like a warm tollhouse cookie that your grandma used to make for you just in the shape of a pizza.“
