“Our family recently had the pleasure of dining at Longhorn Steakhouse, Bald Hill Road, Rhode Island, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic! Our server, Mike, provided us with outstanding service throughout our meal. His attentiveness, friendly demeanor, and extensive knowledge of the menu really enhanced our dining experience.

Even when we encountered a small issue with one of the plates, both Mike and Manager Chris handled the situation with grace and professionalism. They quickly addressed our concerns and ensured we were completely satisfied, going above and beyond to make us feel valued as customers.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and welcoming, creating the perfect backdrop for our evening. It’s clear that both Mike and Chris genuinely care about their guests, and their exceptional service truly made our night memorable.

He took the time to tell me how food was prepared and I never felt rushed at all. I also appreciated that the chef was willing to prep the sides totally different area where nuts maybe. “New menus, clean atmosphere, and a few changes recently, has brought back a restaurant I thought was in the coffins of times. Steaks were higher quality than Outback and Texas Roadhouse by ten fold.
Thankfully a steakhouse that has figured out how to serve the customers again. 10/10
