“My fiancee and I came here on 3/23/24. We were told a 15-minute wait but someone took the wrong number. We sat inside the establishment for an hour and then checked in like hey 15 minutes is now an hour. They then said they took the wrong number and texted that wrong number. They could have called our name we never lefted. They then gave us the first seat available. The seats are not plus-size-friendly. Our ketchup was sour they got us a new bottle. The best experience was Nate our server. I don't go to Texas Road houses often but I never seen one as busy as this one yesterday. That 45-minute inconvenience led us to be late to our movie.Parking: Parking lot is huge and free.Kid-friendliness: I saw a lot of kids yesterday.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicapped ♿️ parking and wheelchair accessibility.“
“Valentine’s Day was my first time ever visiting the restaurant, it was very busy and me and my boyfriend were actually late for our reservation and the hostess took amazing care of us and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated even though we were late. When we sat down our waiter was Ken and let me just tell you Ken is amazing. He made my entire experience at the restaurant amazing, and he made sure our food was cooked to our liking. He was knowledgeable of the entire menu, and he recommended some really good things for us, and I am not only loved the food I loved the atmosphere, and the entire experience was amazing! Me and my boyfriend would definitely be coming back on our special occasions!“
“We were visiting Snowshoe for my husbands 40th birthday. We had a 7pm reservation for a party of 10.Mind you we were all dressed in wacky tacky Goodwill outfits. Our Sat. night we had a Goodwill Date theme. We all chose names and got an outfit for that person.We were greeted with a smile from the hostess and were seated immediately. (Not because of our crazy outfits, but because they were perfectly on time for our 7pm reservation.)As we walked thru the restaurant, we were greeted by the manager, Mark. He was very pleasant. We weren’t sure how this was going to go over with our outfits but he, the staff, and the patrons of the restaurant all loved it.We were served by Clara who was awesome!!! Everything was brought out with impeccable timing, Clara had our orders down perfectly and the food/drinks were Devine.We will definitely be back here again!“
“Rarely do I review any place but felt this place truly deserves it. My friend and I sat at the bar and Lou was exceptional....she was friendly, informative, perfectly polite and made an excellent Manhattan. My steak was done exactly as ordered and delicious. I eat out often and have been in the business for many, many years but I don't frequent chain restaurants and this was my first time, but definitely not my last.“
“It was a busy Wednesday night when we went to this Outback. All of the employees there were very friendly and helpful. Our waiter was great and showed a lot of patience.Wheelchair accessibility: There is enough space to comfortably move someone in a wheelchair through the restaurant. They did a great job making sure we were able to be seated at a table instead of a booth.“
“Texas roadhouse is by far the best chain steakhouse around! Best steaks you can get. I go out to expensive restaurants and pay 3 times the amount for a steak and I will be like honestly texas roadhouse is better. The only thing about this place is it's kind of loud and always seems to be someone's birthday every 5 minutes. Other than that the service and food is always incredible!“
“Food and drinks were good... just disappointed that when we were asked if we wanted onions/mushrooms/parmesan on our steak that meant we would get a 2-4$ up charge for each of those items... Usually if you're being asked, that means the meal comes with it. Lesson learned. A $22 meal turned into $30+.“
