“Fuel Coffee is amazing! My husband and I were traveling from Connecticut and wanted to find a great coffee spot. After looking around, we found Fuel, and we’re so glad we did. As soon as we walked in, a very kind lady greeted us and took the time to explain everything. They have so many flavor options! Since it’s make-your-own, your coffee will always be exactly how you like it. I got an iced chocolate peanut butter coffee with almond milk, and my husband had the house blend, which he made perfectly. We also grabbed two croissants that were absolutely incredible. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming place with friendly staff and great coffee, Fuel Coffee is the place to go!“

“Wide variety of iced and hot coffees and espresso beverages. Decent selection of alternatives to milk, and there was stevia. Also: Harney and sons teas galore!!! One of my favorites!!! The shop is super cute with a surprising amount of indoor and outdoor seating, and everyone was so friendly.

“I Love “Mom and Pop” coffee shops and discovered this one almost accidentally over a year ago. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The baristas are professional and sweet and will help decide if you want everything 🙋‍♀️. We stopped by today after my son’s dentist appointment and as busy as it was (very) the owner still took time to chat about life, family, work, New England and kids. We discovered we both have sons named after the famous Hayden Christensen - Darth Vader. Good people, cozy atmosphere, GREAT coffee - highly recommend. *Bonus* they have love for the military. 🇺🇸❤️“

“For over 6 years I have been coming to this location. By far the best in Rhode Island... Many crew members are TOP NOTCH!! They know me by name and order! During the pandemic they went above and beyond and kept everyone safe. Lately new staff has been slipping up, messing up orders, slow times which is understandable. Today I placed a mobile order like I do daily. I’m on a PM shift on Thursday so I mis my normal morning crew. I walk in and all the mobile orders are piled up on the counter (3) new people I’ve never seen. A girl walks over to assist another customer and turns her back to walk away (clearly she saw me waiting) I ask to grab mine she slightly turns and responds with “it’s not ready” I could tell my lone coffee was ready I could see my name 🤦🏼‍♀️ she walks away and starts ringing at the register... A young man walked over and asked my name I told him then proceeded to ask her name and I was spoken to rudley, said she’s the manger.. no she’s not I know the manager I asked again and again she finally screamed her name half way across the tiny restaurant... uncalled for. Never in 6 years has ANYONE spoken to me like that or treated me like that from this location :( I’ll make sure to stick with my friendly upbeat morning crew... From a manager perspective I think regional and the store manager should reconsider who they are leaving in charge in the afternoon. Someone really needs a training on customer service and kidness“

“This is the only Dunkin I go to to get donuts from. No other DD around serve fresh donuts with fresh frosting. They actually frost the donuts, none of those donuts with hard frosting that was delivered prefrosted. Friendly service too.. PS there are 5 DD that I could go to,all very close. This is the only place I will buy donuts from.“

“When I came into this store last, I was politely greeted by a kind young man. He was very diligent and receptive toward me throughout the entire exchange. He made me feel very welcome and ensured he got my entire order correct. The whole time, he had a smile on his face and seemed like he was in a great mood. I have gone in several times, and the majority of the workers are rude and disrespectful; however, I believe his name was Andrew, and he was outstanding!“

“Only do mobile orders if you have the time. They can do that. But if you need to go in and order your drink be prepared to wait even for the simplest drinks. When I went in to to order, two guys waiting on their drinks had their order screwed up and it took almost 10 more minutes to fix what is fairly incredibly easy drink that anybody could make at home. No add-ins no nothing. The guy in front of me ordered the signature drink from the mid-to-late 90s and it took them nearly 15 minutes to make it. I ordered what this company is known for, straight up coffee. How in the world do you mess that up and take 10 minutes. And the only reason I got it was because one of the people noticed that I was starting to get pretty pissed off. The drive-thru had maybe five or six cars but by the time I was done there were zero. This was at a time where people were either at work or were at the end of trying to get to work, this is not okay for a coffee shop. Get the orders get them out and move along.“

I was a bit disappointed and asked if it’s possible to get refund. In stead of going through all the hassle on the app making phone call to get my money back, the girl working there offered me something else instead of donut which works too! Thanks for making things right and providing a solution that saves me time and fill my tummy at the same time : )“

“Ram’s Den is my favorite dining hall! I love the burgers and fries there! The people are really nice. The bookstore is addicting and you don’t have to wait long in line to get your mail from the mailroom. Plus, it’s a great place to study, especially at night time when you don’t feel like walking all the way to the library.“

“I go here at least 4 times a week. While the workers occasionally get the drinks wrong, and by occasionally I mean hardly ever. Sometimes the bagels might be undertoasted, but I'm somewhat of a picky eater. I go after school, and they often have a at least partly filled stock, which is more than I can say about other dunkins. The workers are lovely, and the place is always clean. Not a crumb on the floor, and that's with a university less than a mile away. I've been going to this same dunkin since i was less than a year old, and it always has a place in my heart as my favorite dunkin.“

Coffee is decent. Breakfast panini is also pretty decent, and the Bliss Ball was good. The vibes are immaculate, plenty of seating and plugs. Staff is friendly and nice.

“This dunkin donuts is a really nice place the staff are awesome and the environment is pretty cozy. The lobby is pretty empty but i think its awesome because your not waiting on any customers in front of you. Dunkin donuts also has a huge menu that you can pick from. Their coffee and donuts i think is what makes this chain at this location pretty good. Id highly suggest this dunkin if you need coffee and other breakfaast need to your early commute to work,etc 5/5 from me

Parking: The Parking is in a weird spot and can house more customers with an adequate redo and remapping of this locations parking lot“
