“Second time eating food from the spicy rooster. New favorite food truck. We got the birria quesadillas with queso rice again. It’s enough for me, my husband, and our 15 month old (he will only eat the rice). We also get a side of rice, but honestly always have it left over. It is always best to order ahead. The past two times the wait ranged from 40- about an hour around lunch time. It’s worth the wait! 10/10”

“The food was OUTSTANDING! Our usual Chinese takeout in McColl is closed for a month so we took a chance on this place and we are so glad we did. China 1 is now our new spot for great flavor. Our large family ordered a wide range of foods and flavors, all were fantastic. Well worth the drive from the outskirts. Highly recommend”

What started as a desperate public bathroom stop after an exhausting vacation trip turned into an hour long rest that I couldn’t have better planned. From the sparkling clean bathrooms to the kids play area to the yogurt parfaits that my girls inhaled to the compassionate customer service to the home town comfort vibes and Christian radio playing… I highly recommend this small business.
