“Stax Bakery has been my go-to bakery for many, many years, and they continue to remind me why.

Greenville is fortunate to have a lot of great bakeries, but in my opinion, Stax Bakery is simply the best. Beyond their incredibly moist cakes and desserts, their customer service is exceptional. They’re also incredibly convenient and centrally located just off I-385 on Orchard Park Drive, making them easy to get to from just about anywhere around Greenville.

Most recently, I wanted to do something special to thank the team at Lexus of Greenville for the many years of excellent service they’ve provided me. I came up with a custom cake design that incorporated an image of my actual Lexus, making the cake personal and representative of my relationship with the dealership.

That’s another thing I really appreciate about Stax Bakery: they’ll help you develop a design for your cake, or they’ll work with you to bring a design you already have to life. I brought my idea to Amy, and she and the Stax team took the time to turn my design into something genuinely meaningful. The finished cake looked fantastic, and I’ve included a picture because their work deserves to be seen!

Of course, a beautiful cake doesn’t mean much if it doesn’t taste good—and this one definitely did. The Lexus staff absolutely devoured it and thanked me repeatedly for bringing it. It was a huge hit.

What makes experiences like this stand out is the personal attention. Amy went above and beyond, putting extra time and effort into making sure my idea translated into a cake that was exactly what I hoped it would be. That level of customer service is something I’ve experienced consistently over the many years I’ve been coming to Stax.

And here’s something people may not realize: you don’t have to buy an entire cake to enjoy Stax Bakery. One of my favorite things to do is stop by Stax Omega next door and pick up individual slices of several different Stax cake flavors. It’s perfect when you’re taking dessert to a gathering because everyone gets to sample different flavors—and people absolutely love it.

After many years as a customer, Stax Bakery remains the bakery I recommend first in Greenville. Amazing cakes, wonderful people, outstanding customer service, a convenient location, and a team willing to put genuine care into making something special.
