As I stood behind the cash register, a very polite barista walked out and asked me if I had the app, and suggested that things would be much faster if I ordered on the app. I do, and did, and got my order quickly, but I was not really expecting to order from my phone while standing physically inside the location. Again, very polite employees and relatively quick service, but a little outside the norm.“

“Stopped here after lunch last Sunday to grab a coffee. One of us ordered the cappuccino (pictured); I ordered the Rush Puppy (kinda like a Starbucks Frappuccino only better). Both drinks were delicious! Just a note- the Rush Puppy comes unsweetened, so if you’re a coffee purist, it’s good to go; I needed a little sweetness so the barista gave me a little simple syrup to add to my drink?

“My wife and I stopped in for a coffee on a gorgeous late Saturday morning. I had my usual latte, and it was just fantastic. We went next door to Urban Digs to wander around a bit, and I remarked to my wife at least once how good this latte was, and felt I had to take a picture of it to share with you.“

We got the mango summer tea(I believe) and strawberry breeze boba. Both was fantastic at semi sweet sweetness. My kids loved it and we will be back for boba in the future. Highly recommended“

“I love this place, but I recently ordered my family 6 of the original Ding teas with Boba with 100% Sugar and all of them were plain and unsweetened. Normally these guys are on it but that was a big bummer ? Would give them 5 stars ? if not, make sure you guys try out your drinks before leaving, mine was takeout so I was long home by the time I tried mine!

Guys I edited my original review, The awesome guys at this place contacted me regarding the experience! I didn't write the original review out of maliciousness or anything of the sort, I LOVE THIS PLACE! But I did want to give a heads up to customers to make sure their drink is made correctly especially when it's pickup and the store get busy. Mistakes happen especially in a place that gets frequented alot like this and during the weekend of course. I completely Understand the slight mistake!! Still I totally appreciate that they went beyond what they needed to do and contact me to apologize. I will definitely go back for their drinks, one experience will not ruin it for me, and their service today has cemented it for me!! ??“

“Moxie Java is a hidden gem near the Haywood area that I stumbled upon during my morning coffee search. Despite working nearby, I had never noticed it before. The combination of a coffee shop and a TCBY ice cream yogurt spot might seem unconventional, but it surprisingly works well. The coffee is both delicious and affordable compared to larger chains. The cashier was incredibly kind and helpful, adding to the positive experience. I opted for the iced mocha with hazelnut flavoring, while my mom enjoyed a half and half Milky Way flavored hot coffee. It was the perfect start to our day. I would definitely recommend checking out this unique spot. My family are all National Park Geeks; we love all the top quality merchandise, the screen print T's, posters, stickers, patches, games, cards, candles etc. Each year I find unique gifts for family members; Christmas presents, stocking stuffers ? etc. for the outdoor enthusiast. I recently attended a candle making craft class and enjoyed learning a new skill. Great people, great products, even great coffee while you shop in an artistic atmosphere. “Spill the Beans in downtown Greenville perfectly embodies the aesthetic tranquility that is downtown Greenville. It sits right above Falls Park on the Reedy, immediately next to the visually stunning, trademark one sided-suspension bridge. The staff there are top shelf, especially when you go there for morning coffee or tea before you start your day. Everyone brings the staple southern hospitality begins your day with a smile. They have an exciting array of latte flavors, and a down to earth industrial look on the inside mixed with some representation of paintings by local artists. It’s the perfect place to meet up with clients or with fellow professionals to network. They have free WiFi for getting work or homework done as well. They also have amazing ice cream options. Our children talk about Spill the Beans as if it’s Disneyland to our out of town friends. We love to go on family walks after work when it’s nice out and go up and down the Reedy and then stop in for some STB ice cream as the grand finale. An impressive plethora of flavor options, along with waffle cones they make right there in house - you can watch them make each one in the morning - make it the perfect highlight to take friends and family to when they visit from out of town. Greenville is full of wonderful and unique coffee and ice cream shops, but in our book, Spill the Beans downtown tops the list comfortably. *Grateful tip of the hat to the All-Star baristas in the morning, including Maddie, Leah, and Chloe, who offer the white glove experience every establishment looks for in their staff 🫡“

“I've never had the food, due to allergies, but the coffee and tea selections are always delicious!
The service is always wonderful, it's always quiet in the dining room when we go that route, and I've never chosen a bad drink.
The spiced vanilla Chai, in any temperature, is my favorite! Sometimes I add a shot of espresso, which could horribly skew the flavor (esp for these post covid taste buds), if the tea were weak or the espresso bad, but they remain balanced and delicious, which is especially impressive to me.

Dietary restrictions: There are no food options for those with celiac, but that's pretty much anywhere.
There are milk options for drinks, although I did see that the Chai powder does have dairy, so you can't really avoid cow's milk there.

Wheelchair accessibility: The entire front of the building is flat to the parking lot, so even if the handicap parking is taken (so frustrating, I know) it's all easily navigable to get inside. The inside has tables that are spread out and easily navigable, as well, but I'm not positive how easy it would be if the tables were all full and chairs were pulled out. I will try to be a bit more cognizant of that next time. I usually am, because of my son, but I've never seen all of the tables full at once to register a maybe issue, either.“

“A lot has changed in 2 years (when I thought everything was so nice and gave 5 stars). The manager is nice and engages with us. The staff treat us like they have never seen us before. If they make a mistake , there is no “sorry”. There is no “hello, how are you”. The employees never smile. It’s a lot like going to a MacDonalds where no customer expects to feel appreciated. Yet, there is the pop up on my phone asking that I add a tip. For what, exceptional service?“
