“I placed a giant order for almost 20 combos without any warning on a Saturday afternoon. I went to pick it up 15 minutes later, and everything was meticulously organized (labeled sandwiches in one bag, chips in the other, drinks in another) and ready to go. When we explained we were building the set for a show, the employees even enthusiastically said they’d come see it! All the employees were polite, helpful, and kind, and all 18 orders were 100% correct. Thank you all for the big help!!!“
“Freshly made sandwiches. Ordered online and when I got to the location to pick up my order. The employees did not have my order quite ready but quickly made it so I did not have to wait. This was great customer service! All the employees were respectful, friendly and courteous.“

I went in because I was having difficulties ordering on the app. Not only did Richard greet us at the door and hold the door for us and welcome us, he also guided me through ordering on the app, while Marissa was already making our sandwiches. They couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful. They worked like they owned the restaurant - a quality I wish all workers had. JJ is lucky to have them both.“
“I came in to order 2 sandwiches on sunday 3/22/2026 around 11:30 and everyone working was so polite, fast and the food was delicious! They all deserve a bonus or a raise for how fast they had everything down. There was a line infront of me yet i was out in under 5 minutes and by the time i finished ordering they had my food ready.“
