We had full harvest apple salad with buffalo fried chicken and the ‘Kate the Great’ brisket burnt ends sausage with onion rings. We enjoyed the Pinot Grigio and a flight of beer. If you are in the Aiken, SC area you need to stop by and enjoy the local flavor.“

“We had our daughter’s first birthday party at Flanigan’s yesterday, and I can’t speak highly enough about our experience. The staff was incredible, so nice and helpful (especially the sweet girl who was in charge of getting everything set up for us), even with the shop still being very busy on a hot Saturday. And as usual, the ice cream was delicious! Such a wonderful, affordable party option that the kids (and adults!) LOVED!“

“TAJ AIKEN is easily a favorite of ours—it’s my husband’s favorite restaurant in town! The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate with decor that adds to the experience. The food is bursting with flavor! Every dish we’ve tried has been fantastic and we’re excited to work our way through the menu. Be patient with the service, as waitstaff can be busy. A must-visit for anyone who loves authentic, delicious Indian cuisine!“

“The Willcox is a local gem and wonderful place to stay! The atmosphere is charming, historic and moody, creating a relaxing and unique experience for any age. The premium suite was very comfortable, with plenty of thoughtful details, and they offer great accommodations for dogs—welcome bag and all! The customer service and waitstaff is excellent—attentive and friendly. The food is incredible, but the highlight was the Butterscotch Budino. It’s the best dessert I’ve ever had. (You have to try it, no matter how full you are.) Whether you’re looking for a staycation or passing through Aiken, don’t pass on The Willcox.“

“The best pizza in the csra. Their pizza is so good that I drove over an hour for a vesuvius. My craving started late Friday night. I didn't have time Saturday so I planned my Sunday around lunch at pizza di Napoli. Sunday morning was torture.. my toothpaste tasted like tender and juicy pepperoni, my coffee had the sharp but warm scent of a wood fire and my biscuit from McDonald's tasted like.... well we know what they taste like. The drive over to aiken took forever. We finally arrive I felt like a kid on Christmas morning ...that got coal in his stocking. Closed from the 18th -26th. I had checked the website and called and listened to the recording and and and.... I'll still give you five stars but you may not be getting a Christmas card this years.“
