“This would normally be a total 5-star review but this incident has happened two times within the last few months. I completely understand the need for cleaning the floors between shift changes (and I do not have a problem with that) but the use of an extremely fragrant floor cleaner (Fabuloso) while customers are eating is unacceptable. I found it difficult to breathe (much less enjoy my meal) while inhaling the fumes. Please consider purchasing a different less-fragrant cleaner to use in the presence of dining customers.“

“Stopped in for breakfast. I ordered a Dr pepper, eggs, toast, hash browns, grits & bacon. It was delicious! As far as price, it $18.50 .My waitress was helpful & nice. I'd recommend if you have $20 to spend & you're hungry. Also I couldn't eat everything so I have another meal sometime later 😀👍🏻“

“While in Anderson at Dr. Patel's visit with Mama. SHE LIKES WAFFLE HOUSE so we decided to try a different one than usual. It was very good across the board. Good food, good service and atmosphere. We will definitely go a little out of our way to visit this one again. 😋😋😋“

“This legitimately might be the best IHOP location ever, and I feel like the reviews don’t reflect it at all. My waitress, Olivia, was an absolute sweetheart. My food was brought out within 5 minutes of placing my order, and it was all delicious. No complaints here!“
