“the employees are very kind especially the younger kids of the bunch and the prices aren't great but the pleasant interaction.s make up for it. only had 1 unpleasant interaction so far and that was just overhearing one of the managers throwingobjects and shouting loudly but I dont usually come in when she is working so I dont have to worry about it so much. 10/10 would recommend“

“My wife & I were heading home & decided to enjoy a couple of venti Mocha Frappuccinos. When I got to the window I was handed 2 grande caramel Frappuccinos! Had to wait until they re-made what I ordered & it backed up the line behind me. Still, we enjoyed our venti Mocha Frappuccinos on our drive home.“

“Firstly, the nice lady with the braids greeted me by calling me friend and telling me I looked pretty. I'm a simple girl; this made me very happy. Great first impression :)Secondly, I had trouble deciding which lavender drink I wanted, and they were so helpful! The cashier along with another barista both took the time to explain the different choices to me and offered to remake the drink if I was not satisfied.Thirdly, they were kind enough to bring my drink to me. I have a broken foot and am only able to walk around with a clunky walking device. I didn't even ask them to bring me my drink; they just made it so fast, I had just barely made it to my table to set my things down by the time they had finished it. My lavender oatmilk latte was super yummy tooMy only complaint is that the music was a tad bit too loud given the acoustics of the place, but it was enjoyable music, so not a big deal

Wheelchair accessibility: 3 handicapped parking spots, right by the level floored parking lot. Both doors open, allowing for a wheelchair to get in. Large tables that would allow for a wheelchair & co to fit.“

“I ordered two venti mocha Frappuccinos in the drive thru & when I got to the window they tried to hand me two small caramel Frappuccinos. I repeated what my order was & a different person tried to give me the same two caramels again! We finally got what I ordered and my wife & I enjoyed our ride home with this delicious indulgence. 😋“

“You know how sometimes when you go to Starbucks the drinks are watery or don’t taste like much and the food is warmed but still doesn’t taste like anything? Not at this one! Everything tastes like it actually should so you might spend eight dollars on a coffee, but at least it’s worth it.“

“Plenty of parking in the grocery store parking lot. Friendly and efficient staff. Had issues with seasonal items not available (cold brew and pumpkin cold foam) which was a bit disappointing, but I suppose that is to be expected with seasonal items. The shaken espresso was tasty!“

“The Starbucks at I-85 gave me the wrong drink even though I corrected the barista when she repeated my order. I drove to this location and the manager in a charge - very kind woman - did not hesitate to remake it for me. Thank you for being my favorite Anderson. 11/13/2024 7:45 am“
