Been going there for over 13 years, things have steadily declined over the past couple of years especially in filling drive-thru orders completely and correctly. Missing sauces, toppings and dressing have now become the norm; it is a pleasant surprise when everything is correct. I can understand portion sizes getting smaller because of high prices of food, but it is a sad day when a salad is only halfway filled with a half amount of chicken that used to be. Chick-fil-A at USCB is a welcoming and friendly restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The staff is always on point and the meals are made with love and smiling faces. While finding parking at USCB can be a challenge, the campus is beautiful and worth a visit. The restaurant offers a large patio and grassy areas for pets and children. The dining experience is enjoyable, with the only downside being a freezing dining room. Overall, Chick-fil-A at USCB is a great spot for a tasty meal and a warm atmosphere.
