Been going there for over 13 years, things have steadily declined over the past couple of years especially in filling drive-thru orders completely and correctly. Missing sauces, toppings and dressing have now become the norm; it is a pleasant surprise when everything is correct. I can understand portion sizes getting smaller because of high prices of food, but it is a sad day when a salad is only halfway filled with a half amount of chicken that used to be. Went to Chick-fil-a Bluffton on two different occasions in the last two weeks and each time I was missing a sandwich that we ordered and paid for. How difficult is it to get the order correct. If it happened to me twice in two weeks then it is probably happening to other customers. That is what they get for having teenagers as night managers. They have lost me as a customer

Chick-fil-A at USCB is a welcoming and friendly restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The staff is always on point and the meals are made with love and smiling faces. While finding parking at USCB can be a challenge, the campus is beautiful and worth a visit. The restaurant offers a large patio and grassy areas for pets and children. The dining experience is enjoyable, with the only downside being a freezing dining room. Overall, Chick-fil-A at USCB is a great spot for a tasty meal and a warm atmosphere.
