I have been ordering pizza from this location for over 20 years. I have ordered only twice in the last 6 months and both times it has taken an hour and a half to prepare the order. Both times the place was fully staffed with little to no explanation given other than "we're busy". Completely unacceptable and I will no longer spend any money here.
I ordered my pizza it, the tracker said it was delivered. My order was not only not delivered but the store cannot receive phone calls.
This is the worst store in Bluffton the franchisee needs to have his franchise pulled the employees there are rude miss quoting delivery times and cops an attitude on the phone and basically acts like a complete ass if you are smart you would not order from. The store is an absolute joke if you wanna wait two hours for a pizza and possibly not get it like I did go ahead and order but the people that work there are high school dropouts that can barely read and barely understand...read full review
