“I was in town briefly and came across this BBQ place. I recently moved to SC and live up in Lake Wylie SC. It's been hard to find a good BBQ joint. I found one. I got the Pulled pork sandwich to go. Now I make pretty good BBQ myself and I'm very particular about, smoke, tenderness, texture, etc. This was as good as I've eaten in the State. The sandwich made it out to my truck but it was gone before I left the parking lot. Wonderful.“

“Today was my first time trying this place, and I walked in to pleasantry!! Ms. Bull's kindness and patience alone had me! I ordered a side of mac n cheese and the brisket with the ketchup based sauce! It was delicious!! And not only did Ms Bull bring to my car what I ordered, she held a small convo with me (much respected and like-minded) as I tasted the food! She also gave me some complimentary cake that was warm and moist! I'm not one to lie, I was most definitely satisfied!! I will be back again!! The wait time is worth it if you are looking for soul touching food !!“

“I had the smoked pigs feet and 1/4 smoked chicken leg and in every bite you can taste the smoky flavor. Had homemade Mac and cheese, white rice ( which had flavor to it) and omg the best fresh and I mean fresh cut collards ( I could eat a big bowl of them collards) . I wish they would bring back the smoked turkey wings, I’ve seen photos of the smoked turkey wings but was told they don’t do them anymore, this place is going to be my go to place at least once a week. Need to open on in the saint Andrews area“

“Absolutely fantastic experience at Good Taste! The food was fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The shrimp fried rice was delicious, the chicken with broccoli was perfectly cooked, and the wings were crispy and tasty. The portions were generous, and everything was ready quickly. “Have a wide variety of fish. Their catfish, flounder and whiting are delicious. All of their fish is fried and can come with fries or hush puppies or whatever side you want. They prepare everything as you wait and do a good job. Their batter is very flavorful and they put a lot of tlc into their cooking. Great place for fried fish.“
