“We almost didn't come in because the parking lot out front was packed. Plenty of parking behind the building. That would have been tragic because this place is AMAZING. We were told 20 minutes wait and we didn't wait 5 minutes to get seated. Within seconds our server came and our server Carson had us setup with drinks and in less than 10 minutes we had appetizers and our food. The fried mushrooms are fantastic and one order is enough for 4 people. They are large and plenty. The same goes for the Southwestern Eggrolls. We ordered 24 wings. 2 flavors, honey bbq and terihot. They are huge meaty wings and no way you can eat more than 6 with all the the other things we ordered and they are Amazing also. Plus floppy wing chips were very good too. A little too floppy so we will ask for them to be cooked just a tad more next time. Come on in Blythewood and support this local business. They take care of their customers. The atmosphere is great. Tvs, bar, music and nice table space.“
“We walked in and were greeted by friendly staff who seated us immediately. The place is a local, well known BBQ and wings joint that did not disappoint. Numerous big screen tvs, great service and a bar. We started with an appetizer, 4 mini cheeseburgers. The appetizer came out within 10 minutes of us ordering. The burgers were well done and had a good taste, but they did have a faint smell of fish like maybe they had been cooked on the same grill. The entrees came out within 10-15 minutes after we received the appetizer. First ordered, was an 8 piece bone-in honey bbq wing plate and fries. The wings were super good. The tender wings were thickly coated in honey bbq sauce, which I love. The fries were probably some of the best crinkle cut fries I have had. I would get the whole meal again for sure. Next ordered by my group was the 1/4th lb pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on the side. The coleslaw had more of a stronger cabbage taste but complimented the sandwich well. The pulled pork was also tender and the BBQ sauce was a perfect pairing. We are definitely pleased with this quaint, hometown hang out and will most definitely return!Parking: Large lot with plenty of parking“
“Food: Delicious sauces, one for all different flavor pallets. Meat was very tender. Best part of the meal! I'm not a huge fan of baked mac in cheese, theirs is very cheesy. So if you like super cheesy mac with it being cheese heavy at the top, this is for you. I was a little disappointed with the rice. I'm a rice fanatic, and theirs seemed a little over seasoned and a little dried out. I would be willing to give it another shot, though, along with trying out some of the other various side options they have available.Service: Very nice people, explained the menu. Gave me a realistic waiting time and provided outstanding customer service. Good Job ??Atmosphere: Small little BBQ spot. They provide a few tables inside, but it seems more really like a spot you just pick up from, which I'm totally fine with. I honestly only made it outside to my car before I began to devour my meal, though. Can't wait to see these owners eventually get a larger space where more seating is accommodating.“
“I live in Irmo but it's well worth the drive to get to this place. I'm originally from Georgia and I have been here for over 30 years and I love this place. The food is amazing and I have tried quite a few places for barbecue. a little bit of a wait time but I wouldn't want fast food bbq.“
“I Tried this restaurant today and it did not disappoint, i’m not gonna lie it lowkey exceeded my expectations lollll. But let me just say this they gave a lot of food and it was so fresh. Y’all have to try them out!!! They give free drinks and spring rolls too when ordering over $20 bucks or if you pay in cash!!! This is now my go to spot!“
“me and my cousin stopped by there today and grabbed a hotdog basket while we was on the way back from fishing, and the food was great!!!! that homemade chilli definitely hit the spot!!! definitely will be going back there soon!!! the cook was cool and nice/professional!!!“
“This place is the little secret around the corner. When I tell you the seasonings are seasoning every time we visit. The flounder, perch, croker, whiting are all my personal faves. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHECK THEM OUT!! But not on Sundays or Mondays because they are closed ?.Also don't forget your hush puppies... And don't get a few because you will get home to eat and realize you should have gotten more.“
“We’ve been looking forward to visiting the TRH. It was packed but we were seated quickly. The waitress was awesome very attentive and didn’t miss anything in our order. I was delighted to finally be served a steak done exactly what I expected from TRH. I’m so grateful the inflation hasn’t affected the portions the prices and the flavors. Still authentic, super delicious steak with loaded potato and house salad. Let’s not forget the hot rolls with butter. They got a wee bit smaller but still hot and amazing. The drinks are spot on too.“
