“I was in town briefly and came across this BBQ place. I recently moved to SC and live up in Lake Wylie SC. It's been hard to find a good BBQ joint. I found one. I got the Pulled pork sandwich to go. Now I make pretty good BBQ myself and I'm very particular about, smoke, tenderness, texture, etc. This was as good as I've eaten in the State. The sandwich made it out to my truck but it was gone before I left the parking lot. Wonderful.“

“Dinner was delicious! I am so happy that Columbia can now boast of a good Indian restaurant. We had lamb vindaloo, garlic naan, chicken chukka, chicken samosas. They gave us each a bottle of water. I did not see any wine on the menu. The restaurant was clean but very basic. The tv playing Indian musical movies created a fun atmosphere. We will definitely return.“

I love this restaurant , coming here every time I’m in charlotte , unfortunately this Friday I returned to my truck and the Carolina Towing booted my truck and charged me $3000 . They blocked front and back of my truck and put chains on my wheels. There are always trucks here and we come here to eat, I can’t believe the towing company can do that to customers of the plaza.“

One thing I can say is they will accommodate you any way possible, because they understand people have certain foods they can’t eat or have food allergies. “San Jose is the best restaurant in Columbia. If you eat here, all of your dreams will come true. A hungry Burro couldn't even finish their huge and amazing burger.....a dashing senorita couldn't down all of the amazing hit wings....NO JOKE that these things rock and aren't even their main items! My Wife ate Tony's Cheeseteak Torta and her credit score raised 100 points! My son ate the amazing Carne Asada and is now the lead soccer scorer on his team, my daughters ate the Taco Salads and pooped unicorns and rainbows!!!! I ate the fajitas and that night, I scratched off 5 tequila bottles in a row and won the Megamall.

“I ordered over the phone. Took about 10 min for them to prepare my food (I wasn’t far) walked in the restaurant was clean. I ordered orange chicken and fried rice. When I got my food it was very fresh. The chicken was hot and steaming so was the rice. It also had a very good taste. Very impressed. I’ve been to a lot of Chinese food spots and they always miss on quality and flavor. This deserves 5 stars. Everything was fresh and hot.“

“I eat their weekly. Grew up eating Lizards Thicket. Started out at the one that used to be by the airport. I’ve eaten at all of them. They are all good. Love the breakfast. Love the specials. “I had the smoked pigs feet and 1/4 smoked chicken leg and in every bite you can taste the smoky flavor. Had homemade Mac and cheese, white rice ( which had flavor to it) and omg the best fresh and I mean fresh cut collards ( I could eat a big bowl of them collards) . I wish they would bring back the smoked turkey wings, I’ve seen photos of the smoked turkey wings but was told they don’t do them anymore, this place is going to be my go to place at least once a week. Great customer service and no problem with the meal. Generous portions, as others have noted! The white sauce is really good- not heavy and oily like some others it was light and had great flavor! “I’ve been coming to Rush’s for years every time I come into the Columbia area. The food is so good! The burger is always amazing. The milkshake is a nice dessert. But those fries. They are delicious! I normally use ketchup as a habit with most fries I eat. These are the only fries that I feel the ketchup is not needed. To me, that is the sign of a good fry! Keep it up. If I could get a Rush’s in the upstate, I’d be even happier!“

“Friday evening, visiting from Jersey to celebrate my grandma's birthday... the place was busy, but we were seated within a minute or so.

The food was great (my first time ever trying chimichurri, I'm hooked) and our server Lisa-Marie was wonderful.. she even offered to take a picture of us at the table.
