“Yesterday was my first time going to this location. I’ve been to other San Jose’s before, but this one is definitely my favorite. Our waitress, Balu, was awesome! My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the overall service, and the Very Berry drinks were so good. The atmosphere was also very pleasant and welcoming. We left happy, full, and satisfied 😆💫🫶❤️“

“We dined in at JJ Curry and Biryani with my daughters, and we had such a great experience! The Mixed Grill was recommended by the owner himself, and let me tell you, it wasssss greattttt! Everything on the platter was flavorful, juicy, and grilled to perfection. You could taste the authentic spices in every bite. My daughters especially loved the Veg Samosas, crispy, hot, and filled with delicious spiced potatoes and peas. As usual, they were perfect. It’s our favorite every time we visit! We also tried the Garlic Naan and Cheese Naan both were fresh, soft, and went so well with the meal. The staff was super kind. Definitely one of our favorite places for Indian food. Highly recommend the Mixed Grill for meat lovers and don’t skip the samosas! will be back for sure.“

“We were in town from out of state checking on the house we’re having built and decided to try this buffet since it’s only about 10 minutes from our new home. We loved it so much we came back again the next day before driving home!

We got there just before 8 PM on a Wednesday and expected the food to be a little picked over since they close at 9, but they were still bringing out fresh, hot dishes. Staff were constantly checking the buffet, keeping everything clean and stocked.

Honestly, we were just excited to have a Chinese buffet again since we don’t have any near us anymore, so we would’ve been happy with okay food, but everything was actually really fresh and delicious. I especially loved the salmon at dinner and the white fish at lunch.

We didn’t get to try the hibachi, but we definitely will next time. So excited to have this place so close to our new house!“

I chose the breakfast bowl which was highly recommended by the nice young lady at the register. she did not lie. it was a pretty great breakfast! Worth the drive!! service was fast and great. “I ordered over the phone. Took about 10 min for them to prepare my food (I wasn’t far) walked in the restaurant was clean. I ordered orange chicken and fried rice. When I got my food it was very fresh. The chicken was hot and steaming so was the rice. It also had a very good taste. Very impressed. I’ve been to a lot of Chinese food spots and they always miss on quality and flavor. This deserves 5 stars. Everything was fresh and hot.“

“I enjoy and come to this place often. However, I order my food it usually comes out great. They are kind and well-mannered people here. I am from New Jersey, so I look forward to eating here as the food reminds of Chinese food from back home. The woman that works the register is always kind. She knows my number and greets me kindly any time I call. The young man that helps in the front is kind as well. The kitchen seems well put together and is in order. The dining area is always clean when I walk in. I'm always in and out my food takes 15 always on time. Even when they had forgotten my shrimp fired rice one night. They were kind enough to document it in their system and told me to return during the week and I ended up going there for my lunch break and it was hot and ready for me. I have witnessed and seen customers being rude to the woman in the front. I will say this treat people kindly. They are willing to fix mistakes as we are human we all make them no one is perfect. I have cherished these people and respect their business and hope they continue to stay open as not many restaurants in Columbia South Carolina keep consistency with their food. I would say check them out and get your whole wings fried hard.“

“I find edo hibachi to be a great place for food whenever I order the food is always delicious and cooked well my most recent experience which I love because most times when you order thru door dash your order isn’t correct or you ask for something the restaurants doesn’t get it right, well I ordered 2 chicken bowls from here and asked if they could put duck sauce etc. in my bag since the restaurant seals your bag good for safety they did a great job and I appreciate it love this restaurant will continue to go and enjoy the good food“

“Was looking for some Vietnamese food while visiting Fort Jackson and came across this place. Really glad we decided to give it a try! The staff was friendly, we were seated quickly, and there was plenty of space inside. The restaurant was clean, the food was excellent, and honestly, I have no complaints.The prices were very reasonable, and there was plenty of parking as well. Overall, a great spot for Vietnamese food, and I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.“

“Best Pizza in the Columbia,Elgin/Lugoff/Ridgeway/Blythewood area. Their white pizza with broccoli and tomato was prepared and cooked to perfection. Other places don't get it. Do not put a watery, wet tomato on a pizza and expect it not to make the whole thing soggy. Schiano's pizzas are outstanding. Crust is amazing.“

“Lizard Thicket on Garners Ferry Rd. has the worst customer service I have never had in a drive thru. I have never had a window shut in my face when requesting extra butter, then when I get the butter it is thrown in my hand. Forest Drive is my restaurant but they are being remodeled 😭... Great people Great service Great Management... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO GARNERS FERRY... I felt very much racially profiled for no reason. I wasn't raised like that... I love and respect everyone regardless of race. My money is the same color as everyone else and it spends.“

“This is the only restaurant in town that we visit over and over again and never disappoints! The food is consistently great. We all have our regular dishes: catfish, sea-bass and Penne Alfredo or fried flounder for our 9 year old daughter. She’s a very picky eater, and she loves this place! That being said, with kids it’s best not to come on a Friday or Saturday later evening as the crowd on the bar gets a bit loud and explicit.“
