“I’m from the south and Carolina BBQ is competitive. I went here today, and let me just tell you….This is by far the best BBQ I’ve had, not only in the upstate, SC, but just in my entirety of eating BBQ.When they say “smoked” they definitely delivered in every way. From the Mac and Cheese, baked beans to the Pork, which The pull pork was so moist and tender and the best I’ve ever had.Everything was very affordable, a big bang for your buck and on top of that everything was amazing!Thank you for your wonderful service and delicious BBQ!“
“We were in Spartanburg and decided we couldn’t leave the south without eating some BBQ. We found Moe’s and decided to give them a try. Food was phenomenal. After returning home, I immediately ordered 2 things of their BBQ sauce. Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had and will definitely be returning on our next trip down “
“This place was soooooooooooo good! I can't even tell you how amazing and friendly this place was! If you are looking for something original and authentic, this is it!!!! Just give it a shot and if you don't like it then give me a shout!“
“This restaurant is great. You order at the counter and the food is usually ready by the time you get to the end of the line, or it's brought out shortly. The staff is friendly, though it's helpful to know what you want to order before getting up to the counter to keep things moving.“
“I stopped by there the other day and got 2 pulled pork sandwich plates for my brother and myself. My brother had hush puppies and baked beans with his. You would have to know my brother to know that if he says something is good, it's doggone good, like slap your mama kind of good. He said his sandwich and hush puppies were VERY GOOD, WHOA! I couldn't decide on two sides, so I got two of the sweet potato crumbles. Boy, am I glad that I got two servings of that. I'm a bit of a sweet potato snob. You'd better make them right if you want my seal of approval. Well, they got these so, so right. Some of the best sweet potatoes I've ever put in my mouth. Don't get me wrong, the pulled pork sandwich was good also. It's just that these sweet potatoes were everything. If you like a good sweet potato casserole or soufflé, then do yourself a favor and stop in and get a serving or two of their sweet potato crumble. While you're there, grab a pulled pork sandwich as well. BBQ is kinda their thing too.“
“Locally owned BBQ joint. Their sister location is Pig Out #2 in Drayton which is near where I live. This was my first visit and got a BBQ pork sandwich with fries. It was okay but not as good as other location. They have the basic sides of baked beans, fries, slaw, potato salad. No desserts like sweet potato or banana pudding which wad disappointing. My husband had the ribs and enjoyed them.“
“First time there was today. Actually I was fueling my truck up, and just happen to see it beside the store. Never will forget the two young ladies who were sisters. Hoping I get another load that way soon, I'm definitely stopping again.“
“I ordered the beef hash over rice with fried okra, macaroni pie, and hush puppies. The beef hash has a really good flavor. It is a little on the salty side, but I still thought it was really good. I would liked to have had more rice to go with it. They put way more hash than rice. The macaroni pie was so good! The fried okra was good and so were the hush puppies. Their sweet tea is truly sweet tea! You do get a lot of food for the price. Great place to eat!“
“What a neat spot, and with great food to boot! As a party of 4, we did 2 platters which allowed us to sample 8 meats (2 such being duck and rabbit!) and 6 sides! Though we are not bbq connoisseurs by any stretch, we found that to be a unique opportunity. There was great taste to the meat by itself, but there were also 4 great sauces to choose from (1 really hot, 1 sweet, 1 mustard, and 1 kind of in between). The Mac and cheese was excellent! This is usually a standard by which I rate bbq spots, and they passed the test! We also really enjoyed the caramel sweet potatoes, greens, and Brussels sprouts! And to top everything off, we had the Reese’s Krispie kreme bread pudding, how incredible! Great service and hospitality, we would definitely return!“
“Heather is such an awesome bartender!!!! If they’re busy and especially on a slower day, she’s always so accommodating and pays such great attention to her guests. So glad Smokin Butts is downtown in Spartanburg!Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat pork“
“This is an amazing fish camp joint. The wait was 15-20 minutes. The joint was clean, friendly service and not have half bad looking waitress. You get a lot of bang for buck on the fish. I'm fished out! The bathroom was clean and I felt secure. I didn't worry about getting "Seabassed". The urinal with mirror in front of it was kinda weird and little to high. I'm concerned kids wouldn't be able to use it.“
“Allan brought out some hash while I was waiting for the rest of the food to cook. Honestly, my life flashed before my eyes. It was a dining experience that the OG Michelin stars were meant to capture. This is worth driving out of your way. The food is other worldly.“
“We had the pork sandwiches which were good. The sauces we tried were both great. The Brunswick stew was awesome! So we’re the hushpuppies! Topped it off with some amazing banana pudding!! YummyGreat small town feel! Defiantly a place you should try!“
“Always a good time . If they are closed it’s for an important reason . And when they are open so are their arms and minds so never feel like an outsider come on in say hi and I’m sure someone going to greet u just as equally as u do them.“
“Tried Crave for the first time, & I was blown away! I'm not normally a fan of hot dogs, however Crave just changed my mind!! I had the Memphis Dog & the Pulled Chicken Nachos...flavors on both were absolutely amazing!! Would definitely order again!! I also tried a bite of my husband's Chicago Dog, & loved it as well!! Can't wait to go back & try some of their bowls & salads!! AND get another Memphis Dog! ?Well played, & aptly named Crave!!See y'all again soon!!“
“First time ever going here, I got two combo meals with brisket chili and loaded potato casserole and add on rib. Also tried the wings and pecan pie. I place the order for pickup and a upon arrival they were out of the pecan pie which we subbed a side of Mac and cheese. The brisket sandwich was phenomenal, chicken sandwich was great, the loaded potato casserole was delicious and the mac and cheese wasn't bad but I prefer a firmer noodle but that's nothing against the side.Unfortunately I had a problem with my wings and a missing rib... I came back into the store a few days later and spoke with Anthony and let me tell you he was personable, friendly and understanding. He made everything right and sent me off with a smile.I would steer clear of the brisket chili but would 100% come back for the brisket and ribs. Also hold on to ur yellow cups, my boy Anthony let me know if u bring em back refills are around $1.“
