I have been eating at this Zazbys since my freshman year at Brookland-Cayce High School in 2001!
Lisa, on the front counter, has always been kind, professional, and friendly!
She has served the entire wrestling team after school and tournaments!
Today, Lisa and Niya on the register made sure my food was right, served me with a smile, and reminded me why I have been eating at this restaurant for over 20 years!

“My friend and I stopped for lunch at Hot Headz on a Saturday afternoon, and what a treat it was. I decided on the mild Nashville style tenders, with a strawberry lemonade to drink. The man working couldn’t have been kinder (I wish I got his name!) He gave us a 10-15 minute timeframe for our food to be ready as everything is made to order… And boy, is it worth that little wait. To start, the strawberry lemonade tasted incredibly fresh and was the perfect remedy to a hot August day. I’d absolutely recommend anyone try it if you’re a fan of tart lemonades. The waffle fries were cooked to perfection; crispy yet not fried too hard. The chicken was absolutely fantastic, and was certainly the star of the show as it should have been. The comeback sauce that is served with the meal is the perfect pairing for the chicken and fries. I can’t wait to come back, and will absolutely recommend Hot Headz to anyone looking for delicious food from an honest local business.“

“This places was just absolutely amazing. The Vibe was very nice and it was very friendly and family oriented. My server Alexa was just top tier! The professionalism, knowledge of the menu and overall service was immaculate. It was my first time ever trying Kiki’s Chicken and Waffles being that I am only visiting the area for work, and I Guarantee I will be back. I didn’t know what I wanted and Alexa let me know her top favorite dishes on the menu which helped me make my decision. The food was Hot, delicious, and came out in a timely manner. The only negative thing about this location would be the surrounding area not being very well taken care of and the lack of ease in the ability to get in and out of the parking lot for the restaurant. Things like this could potentially deter someone from taking the time to navigate, park and/or get in line for the drive thru.“

“I often come in with a mobile order and usually just grab and go. However, I’ve been having a really bad week and have just been upset and feeling awful, so I didn’t today. When I ordered at the register, the trainee was super friendly even when I accidentally said the wrong thing. The lady that brought me my food was also really sweet and complimented my earrings. To them, it was probably just something they have to do or want to do, but for me, it genuinely pulled me out of a bad spiral.“

“Went in to grab some lunch, I ordered the 20 piece mix and match boneless wings. I also wanted to try their chicken, so I ordered the two piece. The boneless wings were good, they had two different flavors. The two piece chicken was very flavorful and was seasoned well. The honey butter biscuit was delicious!The service was good, I was able to order and get out within 5 minutes.“

“I have eaten here a few times. The chicken salad is great! The croissant each time is a bit dry. I switched to their wheat bread, which was better. The quality of their chicken salad is amazing. So flavorful! The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The cute little cookie you get just ordering a sandwich was a nice treat! I’ve tried the broccoli cheddar soup, that is very cheesy and tasty. The pasta salad was kind of bland and a super small portion but that’s ok. They have lots of options to figure out what you like. The price is not bad if you just do the sandwich, less than $10. My favorite is the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. The sriracha is a nice touch! The cranberry Kelly is good too! That one reminds me of cape cod chicken salad like back home. This place is always packed but the staff is always nice and get you in and out pretty quickly. My new favorite lunch spot!“

“I went trew the drive through and a young lady named taniya gave a smile and took my order and that just brightened up my day I was having such a hard day at work that the young lady Taniya made me feel like I was the only person my order was taken at around 1:30 and her speed was extremely fast with getting my order down and before I knew I was greeted by the young lady destiny who then served my order with a great smile also I will recommend this chick -fil-A and I’m definitely coming back to see those young ladies Taniya and destiny“

“I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service was almost immediate. Surprisingly, the Cobb salad I ordered was still fresh. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I felt genuinely welcomed, unlike many fast-food establishments that treat customers like burdens. There was an annoying beep from the soda fountain, but as a food worker, I understand that technical glitches can occur. Overall, it was a great experience, and considering the restaurant has 666 reviews, I felt compelled to leave another. Great job, guys!!“

“This krispy Krunchy Chicken location is better than the peanut store, aka mobile one in pelion. Pelion location has undercooked biscuits, and the tenders are overcooked and flavorless. This chicken is juicy full of flavor, and the biscuits are cooked all the way through.“

Before each student could get their drink made, their name was being called for their food. The manager was top notch. He was super encouraging to each of our students.
