“I hadn't eaten here in years and decided to try it again on Christmas Eve. The food has much improved over the years. There were only 3 people working the whole store. And despite being busy the lady working the front register was delightful.“

“I'm not sure what sparked the craving, but as I passed through Columbia at lunchtime, fried chicken suddenly seemed like the only answer. I asked Yelp for the highest‑rated spot and ended up here.

The place was bustling, with most of the parking lot full, yet the ordering process moved quickly. By the time I returned from the restroom, my number was already being called. I had ordered a three‑piece meal with double cole slaw in place of fries and a sweet tea. Settling in at a table, I dug in.

The cole slaw leaned too far on the sweet side for my taste, though the texture was crisp and fresh. I skipped the dinner roll and the tea, focusing instead on the chicken. It was thoroughly cooked, meaty, and satisfying. Not especially spicy or bold in flavor, but solidly good.

This isn't a fancy establishment. The tables and floor may not be spotless, but the food delivers. Best fried chicken I've ever had? No. Still, it was very good, and worth the stop.“

“Dave’s Hot Chicken located in the heart of Columbia is a food chain restaurant that offers cooked to order chicken. I was so excited to try Dave’s Hot Chicken, due to all of the fantastic reviews. When arriving be prepared to park in close quarters, the parking lot is pretty small and the spots are narrow. I went around noon and there were still spots available, but it was limited. If it is a nice day you can sit outside but they also offer tables and booths inside. I loved the decor inside. It was lively. When walking in we were greeted with friendly staff who were eager to assist us. I was so pleased because I was unsure how the ordering process worked, but it was extremely easy. I ordered the mini chicken sliders that came with a side of fries. If you sign up for the rewards app, like I did. You will get a free drink and if you complete the survey at the end of your order you will get an additional free drink, which is awesome. Our service was extremely good, even though we were in the midst of a lunch rush. All of Dave’s chicken is fresh and cooked to order. One will receive a pager and it will buzz when your order is ready. I like this because it makes your experience more personal. Our meal was delicious, the chicken was so moist and the breading flavor was fantastic. One special feature Dave’s Hot Chicken offers is you get to decide what spice level you would like your chicken. I decided to do no spice, due to my daughter not having a spice tolerance, but have heard amazing reviews of Dave’s chicken with the spices on it. In addition our meal came with coleslaw and fries that were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Although Dave's is a fast food restaurant the establishment was extremely clean with no visible dirt on the floor. I was highly pleased with our experience and will definitely come back to Dave’s Hot Chicken. Dave’s restaurant is not like the average fast food chain, you can tell that they take genuine pride in every order they serve.“

“It’s always a great visit at Chick Fil A but this one was top tier!

When I came in two corporate Chick Fil A men were heading out , and one opened the door for me . When I walked up , the cashier immediately said “Are you picking up or Placing an Order” , immediately ready to service me! She let me know she would take my order as soon as I was ready.

Dave placed my order. He was knowledgeable about the Tortilla Soup I asked about.

Food was DELICIOUS! I got the 12 ct nugget and decided to give to soup a try for the first time. Wonderful choice. Absolutely delicious! Just perfect. Love the hint of spice ! Just enough!

Lastly, Marie came around and made sure my meal was tasty and took my tray when I was done eating.

I was in the mall and almost went to the CFA there but opted out . Glad I did. I love this location.

Definitely enjoyed my lunch on my day off .

“I really enjoyed my experience at Kiki’s today, I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I have not been here for takeout in a while because whoever the front counter person use to be she never spoke and she acted like she didn’t see you walk through the door. She took awhile before she even asked you what you wanted. I almost walked out the last time I had a to order. But I really wanted those wonderful tasting chicken&waffles. However, today Cassandra provided great customer service, I received a warm greeting upon entering the restaurant and told me to check my order before I left. Most black owned businesses the customers service is horrible but Cassandra made me feel welcomed. And I will only come on Sunday when I think she is working. Thank you Cassandra ❤️“

“The food is dependable and always good. I don't like the way Chick-fil-A has taken to making all of the drive-thrus a nightmare. traffic is everywhere, running in different directions, and it is quite confusing. God forbid somebody hit one of the cones and render it out of place“

“I have eaten here a few times. The chicken salad is great! The croissant each time is a bit dry. I switched to their wheat bread, which was better. The quality of their chicken salad is amazing. So flavorful! The lettuce and tomato are fresh. The cute little cookie you get just ordering a sandwich was a nice treat! I’ve tried the broccoli cheddar soup, that is very cheesy and tasty. The pasta salad was kind of bland and a super small portion but that’s ok. They have lots of options to figure out what you like. The price is not bad if you just do the sandwich, less than $10. My favorite is the Kickin’ Kay Lynne. The sriracha is a nice touch! The cranberry Kelly is good too! That one reminds me of cape cod chicken salad like back home. This place is always packed but the staff is always nice and get you in and out pretty quickly. My new favorite lunch spot!“

“This is a well run Chick-fil-A. They are fast inside and all my orders have been correct. They could benift from increased parking. I like it because it is close to the care facility where my 85 year old resides. This allows me to be able to be able to get takeout when I visit her. It is the fastest, most accurate one in the Midlands. Kuddos to the entire team.“

“I placed a mobile order and mistakenly entered in this location. Andrew called me and said my order was ready. I was at a neighboring CFA. They obviously didn’t have my mobile order so I called Andrew back to let home know I was headed his way. He was so pleasant and walked out to me car as he saw me approaching…..and it was a rainy rainy day! They even gave me hot fresh fries! Customer service at CFA is a gold standard. “I had a drive thru order. I picked it up and proceeded to go home. When I got there, I had a whole meal missing. I never thought to check the bag because it was Chic fil A!!! “We had the absolute BEST customer service experience at Zaxby’s on Garners Ferry Road. Every single meal was perfect. 34 individual/separate orders. Before each student could get their drink made, their name was being called for their food. The manager was top notch. He was super encouraging to each of our students. He took the time to show them real-life work skills. Absolutely, hands down, one of the BEST restaurant experiences I’ve ever had!“

“Ordered a 2 piece dark meat with 2 sides. What I got was a very tiny thigh and a midget wing. A wing is white meat, google it! The Cajun Fries were good but the mac and cheese appeared to be the Kraft boxed variety. My husband got the shrimp poboy and you had to look hard for the shrimp. To top it off, the soft drinks taste like chlorine. Awful. We are here once before and it was good. Today was a complete bust. Won't be back, there are too many other places to eat. Update: manager contacted me and offered me a free replacement meal. I accepted and it was really good Thank you for correcting the problem.“
