“Ilona was an amazing server! We loved her energy and humor.
She walked us through the menu and I changed my order decision based on her explanation of the menu. Ended up getting the eggs benny trifecta and it was delicious. Really liked the pork on the Benedict, really flavorful. Eggs were the perfect done-ness.
They don’t joke when they say things are sweet, so be prepared for that. But I got the savory dish, so it wasn’t and issue for me.“

“The wife and I visit weekly. We enjoy their drink choices and definitely the pricing. My wife gave up on Starbucks for 7 brew!!!! They ask our number and keep our favorite drinks on file. Super convenient. They always have a smile when we go. I just wish they had an app to track rewards and specials.“

Only thing not great is they are blaring music wayyyy too loud from a blown speaker ? it made it difficult to hear what the girl taking the order was saying. But this is a quick and easy fix, fingers crossed they take care of it soon ??“

“While in town for a competition, we stopped by to enjoy the beautiful weather on the upper patio. We sat at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the bartender. The beers were excellent, but keep in mind that the selection on the upper patio is limited. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, be sure to ask about the options available downstairs.“

“I’ve only gone to Drip a handful of times but I love their strawberry lemonade (I know it’s weird to get something other than a coffee at a coffee shop) but it’s great. I will say though this time that I went (10.23) the lemonade had something weird on the bottom and I’m not sure what it is. But it’s still tasty nonetheless. On another note I did get their Cheddar Garlic Basil scone and I will say it wasn’t my taste, it was a bit sweeter than what I was expecting for a savory scone, but other than that the service was great.“

“We’ve tried the tacos de lengua, de tripas, asada, and al pastor and they are so good! We love all the tacos. The consomé is also really tasty and simple. Still need to try other things on the menu, but we’re hooked. They always give you cilantro w onion, some limes, and two delicious but very spicy sauces. We like it too because we can let our toddler run around since there’s music and a tv making noise! It’s perfect. Very kid friendly. Rosie is our favorite cashier, so sweet and attentive.“

“First time visitor. It's a small, quaint spot for breakfast/brunch. There were a bunch of college students ahead of me ordering and the spicy bacon, egg & cheese biscuit seemed to be the most popular order so I decided to try it along with a side of the hashbrown Casserole and a coffee The portion size is ample, for sure. However, after the first bite of the biscuit, I couldn't eat anymore. The ghost pepper cheese ( which I didn't know) that they use was too hot for my taste. But if you like hot and spicy then this may be more to your liking. The biscuit was too thick for the rest of the ingredients, in my opinion. But the egg and bacon were good. The hashbrown casserole was well seasoned and tasty and the coffee was good as well. The service was top notch, the ladies working were very friendly and accommodating. The dining area and tables were clean. I would definitely go back and try some of the other goodies, such as the fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese, as well as one of the specialty coffees.“

“Passing through town and had to check this place out especially for the new pinball machine “Jaws”. The BLT I had with their in house made bread was fantastic along with a wonderful beer selection. “My first time going here was for a meeting with the Irmo Outreach program to sign up for some volunteer work. I am in love with the atmosphere and quality of coffee from here. This is a beautiful shop that supports local businesses. This place is a 20/10 and I can not recommend it enough! And the prices are amazing!!! I was completely bamboozled by a 20oz coffee being only 6$!!! You couldn’t get these prices anywhere else!“

“One of the best restaurants I've tried in Columbia. Food was amazing and everything seemed made with care from fresh ingredients (which is hard to find in restaurants around here!). The shrimp and grits was hands down the best I've had in Columbia, Hunter Gatherer's was a close second place. Will definitely be going back!
Pro tip: you can park at the bank parking lot behind the building for free!
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring my kids, not because it's roughty or loud...but it's unusual to see children there. Kind of a mature adult vibe. I'm pretty sure my kids would embarrass me.“

“CJs is a 5 pts staple bar. It's a mix of all types of people so it's not the usual college bar even though it's in that area. The food is served until 10 pm and the sandwiches are all delicious. There's pool tables and a great patio area with a view of the fountain. Hands down the best location to sit and enjoy the heart of 5 pts.“

“We had a special luncheon to that the Soldiers of Fort Jackson 1-61st Infantry Battalion today for all their great support and Fancy That Catering was AWSOME beyond words. They showed up early and were set up before anyone arrived, the food was fantastic and served 100 of our military “s finest. The ladies that set up all the food, served the food were so polite, kind and enjoy themselves amongst all our Soldiers and Officers that attended. Thank God we found the best Catering Service with such short notice and it was remarkable. Thank You Fancy That Catering Services and we know who to call for our next gathering. Please thank the Ladies that served everyone today , they are the best and lucky to have these two individuals. Thank You Harvey“

“Great little college bar. Excellent bartender and service for the bar. Ate there the day before service could have been better but they were also pretty busy and I could tell the staff was pretty hungover. Will definitely hang out there again We were there for Monday night football lots of fun as I mentioned big time college bar so you will be a lot older than everyone else in there but it was still cool and like I said the bartender was super attentive.“

“Nice battery brewery with small menu of traditional bar food. Wide selection of beers that is updated regularly. Not a huge selection of food, but the pizza I ordered was fairly large and tasted like pizza. A lot of space to sit so large groups can be accommodated, including both indoors and outdoors. The building is an old airplane hanger and includes a large amount of brewing equipment which is really cool to see. A great spot to hang out and drink with friends.“

“Atypical location, between steel/gas/concrete factories, but close to the town. Lots of tables inside and even more outside. Great beer menu. Food is rather limited to sandwiches, which did not impress us, but would come again for the overall place. Staff was very friendly too.“
