“Probably one of the best Auntie Anne’s we’ve been to in terms of friendliness and awesome customer service. The taste of the food is a given… it’s good but, some other locations we’ve been to seem like your inconveniencing them by buying their food. Not this though.“

“This Chic-fil-a moves a lot faster than some of the others in the area, which is nice. The only issue is their parking lot..its small, curbside parking is across a street, and you have to be so careful when backing out of a parking spot or walking to your car if you dine in!“

“A small but quality Chick-fil-A on The Citadel campus. This one is located within The Citadel Canteen building beside Mark Clark Hall. No, you do not have to be a cadet to go eat there as it is open to the public. The dining area is always clean, and the food always comes out great. They are usually busy serving cadets, but the line is always served quickly. Overall, it's a great little fast food restaurant.

“Yall, I drive out of my way just to come to this subway. The employees are so sweet and nice at this location when I come and they always make my sandwich perfectly. Not too skimpy on the ingredients. Also it’s always SPOTLESS, both in the dining area and behind the counter. I always leave them a tip and YALL SHOULD TOO OKAY!“

“I had a wonderful experience at my recent visit! I placed a curbside order and approximately 13 minutes later I received my order. But after about 10 minutes of waiting I received a call from Drew apologizing for my wait and letting me know my order would be out shortly. When Drew brought out my order he was very kind and again apologized for the wait, which was not too bad in my opinion. Then later when I opened my bag, I saw that a free cookie was placed inside! Best customer service I've received in a while!“

“My son and I visited on 4/16 just before closing time. I ordered a chicken with extra chicken and he got a chicken sandwich. He tried to use a coupon but it was from Ohio. Special thanks to the GM for comping the sandwich! We would have paid for it but that was nice of her. The dining room was clean and the cashier was friendly. And of course the food was delicious! Keep up the good work. 😎“

“Very kind and polite employees. I had a wonderful conversation with the woman and man behind the register. Despite the order getting messed up, there was no issue correcting it and I got my food hot and fast. The staff are extremely friendly and understanding. This is my go to McDonald's.“

“The customer service provided by Russell and his team was phenomenal. I placed a large online order for a work function and chose for it to be delivered. Russ called me as the Uber Eats Direct system was putting a 3 hour timeline on it but he was able to do the order right then. I asked him to prepare it and I would either come get it myself or see if Uber Eats would update the system. Since the system did not update and would still wait the 2.5 hours to deliver, I went to pick it up myself. When i returned to the hotel to divvy out the order, we realized a sandwich was missing. I called the store to ask them prepare the missing sandwich as I was on my way to pick it up- they asked what hotel and Russ delivered it personally. Minus the UberEats merchant system issues, I appreciate the excellent customer service that Russ and the team provided me. Wonderful!“

“First time having Checkers! (Had Rallys in Midwest as a kid). The $4 deal was amazing, and the BBQ Jacked cheeseburger was phenomenal in appearance, cooking, and taste. Oh! And the onion fries with ranch! I'm now eating them daily lol. Cheap replacement for a down under restaurants famous bloomin' product.“

“A big shout out to the four ladies behind the counter, who helped me on a hot steamy day. My grandson craved a cheesesteak after surgery at children’s hospital. He wasn’t able to eat the first one so I went back three days later to the same shop, and these same ladies gave me yet another cheese steak on the house! Love you guys we are coming back!“

“I’ve been coming to this pizza place almost every week, and it never disappoints. The restaurant is always very clean, the staff is super friendly, and the price for the amount of food and toppings you get is more than reasonable. They’ve got a huge variety of toppings, everything is fresh, and the quality of each pizza is spot on. Plus, the food comes out fairly quickly.

This one here is an 11-inch MOD Pizza that I built myself with a ton of toppings, and it only cost $12. The best part is you can add as many toppings as you want for the same price, which is a great deal for the amount of food and flavor you get. I recommend going here if you love good pizza!“

“The only issue I have is that new guy on the grill making the hot subs—he messes up my sub EVERY SINGLE TIME! How hard is it to follow a ticket? The young ladies who take the order write down exactly what I ask for, but as soon as it gets to him, it’s like he decides, “Screw it, I’ll do what I want!” Who does that? I’m beyond frustrated! I’ll probably go back because the place is decent otherwise, but I am DONE ordering hot subs unless I can stand there and personally supervise this guy messing with my food!!!“

“I don't think I've ever had a bad order in 5 years from this place. Probably like 50 times I've been there. The people saying they can't communicate need to realize some people don't speak English that well and give people some grace. I think they actually did mess up my order one time but at least the food was hot and tasty. This McDonald's is consistent and has fresh food. I see the same people running the front a lot and they must know how to build a good team because this is a great food spot.“
