We came here for lunch almost two weeks ago and we noticed only 3 servers that were working but surprisingly they did well.The restaurant was clean, the staffs were friendly, and attentive despite busy lunch time and only 3 servers and the food came out fresh and with no long wait!I had fresh salad with grilled chicken, my husband had chili burgers which was amazing! I finally stopped in to try it after checking the menu out for a few months while I was in the same plaza. The server directed me towards the fried chicken plate with two sides to try more of the menu. The chicken was well seasoned and literally fell off the bone. The collards were some of the best I’ve had. I would definitely get these again. The Mac and cheese was good, but I might try the pimento cheese grits next time. Excellent fried green tomatoes with grits for an appetizer and the She Crab soup was fantastic. I had the 3-piece fried chicken with awesome greens and fried okra. My wife had the fried fish sandwich. The fish was delish. I will go back the next time I visit. I liked the bar and the way it was set up - should probably sit there next time!
