“I can't believe Legami wasn't on my radar until recently! We had an incredible dinner with outstanding drinks. The Legami Martini truly made its mark with the burrata-stuffed olives.

We tried the oysters, which were uniquely paired with pickled onions. The added crunch gave them an unexpected texture that actually worked surprisingly well together. The Shrimp Kataifi was another favorite. I had never had anything like it before but I do wish the portion included more than three shrimp for the price.

This was the best Gnocchi dish I’ve ever had. It was both creamy and flavorful. If Gnocchi isn’t your style, I highly recommend the Pappardelle Al Ragu. Overall, it was a great dinner with exceptional service and beautiful presentation.“

Although we didn’t have a reservation, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large party and quickly arranged a lovely table for our group. When we asked for recommendations, our waiter suggested a family-style three-course meal, and we couldn’t be happier with his suggestion! Each course was beautifully presented, and simply delicious. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was crafted with care and creativity. It was a wonderful way to experience the menu and share in the joy of great food together. After a short time on the waitlist, they moved some tables together and got us seated earlier than planned. Mallory, our server, was an absolute gem. Super patient and accommodating. “Highly recommend Pizza A Modo Mio!! The employees are all so friendly and caring. Garlic knots for only $3!!! And giant pizzas that don’t fit in a normal size pizza box. “We booked the private room above Vincent Chico’s restaurant for our company meeting. It was an incredible experience. The staff was on top of it with service and communication. The food was also very good. Sometimes, when you have a family style meal, the dishes will not come out at the right temperature. All of our meals came out hot and ready to eat. I was very impressed by the flavor of the food. We had -salad -bruschetta -seared salmon -roasted chicken -seasonal pasta -roasted fingerling potatoes -sautéed spinach -cheesecake bites We also had our own bar upstairs so wine and cocktails were available. It was a great night, and everyone enjoyed themselves. I will definitely recommend and use the space again in the future.“

It even better that it's located in a shopping center with plenty of FREE parking and away from the hustle and bustle and headache of downtown Charleston. Service was also spot on. “I am so upset that we’ve never ordered from here before!! It was the best pizza and pasta we’ve ever gotten in the Charleston area. I would even compare it to the food we got in Little Italy in NY. The pizza is superb with the best crust, sauce and mozzarella!! The spaghetti with marinara and the Lasagna were AMAZING as well. It’s our new go to for pizza and pasta!!“

“First let me say, the pizza was delicious!! Thin, crispy crust…the kind of yumminess you get from a wood burning oven. The perfect amount of cheese, sauce, and flavor. I don’t know what it’s like normally, but it was very slow and I for sure thought that the service would have been better…it was meh. Pretty cool atmosphere, but I was sitting at the bar and I can’t say I appreciated the bartender coming on duty spraying cleaning supplies and pouring bleach while I sat there. Don’t get me wrong, I love the smell of cleat, but I don’t enjoy inhaling the cleaning spray while I eat. If I come back, I’ll sit at a table to enjoy a delicious pizza.“

She was most helpful in suggesting the amount and toppings. My mobility issues allowed me to go to the Lobby and receive my Pizza. Leo brought it to the desk, he was very nice, appreciative and caring. April and Leo are great employees to have, they accommodate others issues and make it happen. I am most grateful and thankful. Hand tossed, sauce had just the right amount of sweet and tang...plus the atmosphere, music and the guy making the pies made me feel like I was actually sitting in a neighborhood pizza joint in New York City. Next time we go back to Charleston, we are definitely stopping in for another huge, hand-tossed New York style pizza.“
