Renzo Reviews
Great food! We came in for red sauce week. Service was a bit slow but it was pretty busy. Our server, Bryn, was very attentive! Only complaint was how loud it was/ talk to my partner, but it is a small space, so it’s understandable.
This is the best pizza in Charleston. Have been here many times and unfortunately some of the staff (particularly the hosts) are extremely rude and condescending. So- service isn’t good but the food is.
Great steaks . We had the porter house and bone in ribeye. Appetizers were great too. Sweetbread, provoleta and beef carpaccio were exquisite

Renzo is a popular restaurant in Charleston, known for its unique and delicious dishes. The Caesar salad stands out for its crunchy seeds, while the Korean fried chicken is a must-try and can even be ordered twice. The pizzas are also exceptional, including the perfect margarita pizza and the Mulberry Street pizza, which provides a flavor rollercoaster. The house ranch is a popular condiment. The menu features simple options, including eight different pizzas and shareable starters like charred cauliflower and empanadas, as well as delish Roman meatballs and miso. The space has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with a cute, simple interior and romantic lighting that creates a magical and unforgettable atmosphere. The restaurant provides great, excellent, and attentive service, and reservations are recommended because it is a small, cozy place. The dough on the pizza has a tasty, chewy texture, and the pizza is served piping hot and quickly. The house wine and Aperol spritz are highly recommended, and street parking allows for a nice stroll after dinner. Overall, Renzo is a great neighborhood gem with a fun vibe and outstanding food.
