Had a great experience at The Ryder. Rooms were comfortable, hotel was clean and front desk staff was helpful! Great location for shopping and restaurants! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do.
The WORST hotel in Charleston. It’s impossible to reach anyone at the front desk. Calls are not returned. The water doesn’t get hot. There’s barely enough room to fit in the bathroom. The robes included with the rooms was one pilly polyester green ratty rag better suited for the trash. Also no coffee maker, fridge or microwave, which are usually a given in 3 star hotels.
