“Food was excellent, drinks were wonderful and the atmosphere is classy. Steak was cooked perfectly and portions were appropriate. Service was top notch including recommendations. We were staying at The Charleston Place so were also given suggestions and information on the other onsite dining establishments. Greatly enjoyed our time and will certainly be returning.“

“We ended our weekend in Charleston at Bar Vaute and had a wonderful experience. The food and drinks were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was welcoming, and attentive. The bartenders were personable and made us feel right at home, and the general manager checked on us several times. Wonderful place to visit while in Charleston.“

“Katie took great care of us, she was awesome! And this spot is not to be missed if you are visiting Charleston. We didn’t have reservations but were fortunate that they could seat 6 of us. It’s like being cozy in someone’s old fashioned parlor with craft cocktails and a delightful charcuterie board. Highly recommend!“

“Beautiful hotel with an exceptional lobby. Great bar with a killer espresso martini. Rooms are nicely designed with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean and had a huge shower. Staff were friendly and eager to help. Great location within walking distance to everything.“

“Went to Charleston to celebrate ? my husband's birthday. Learned about the Forte and it was a great way to finish off our day with glasses of wine and delicious live music. Each musician was so incredibly seasoned and delightful to listen to. Thank you!“
