Incredibly poor service, and it was not due to understaffing. The crew ( of five), was behind the counter screwing around, laughing with each other, even tossing food. And then, when we finally did receive or sandwich and salad, the tomato still had the bar code sticker on it. Truly disgusting. I will never go back there 👎. Ten thumbs down!
I’ve lost count on how many simple orders they get wrong or how often they’re out of stock on menu items. It’s ridiculous! How hard is it to read a ticket from an app order where everything is clearly written?! It’s like throwing my money away every time I ask for a cream cheese or a bread bowl because they never include it with my order. Stay far far FAR away from this Panera!!
