“I've been here alot with family. And they have good combo and family packages. Food is always hot and staff are always welcoming. They have music and TV entertainment. Tea and lemonade are always sweet and good. No complaints. The food is good and worth the wait. Call ahead for lunch as this place gets busy. Parking is small and not marked. Tip the staff. They do a great job here. Everything is always hot and fresh and you get your money's worth. I hope that one day someone would invest in this place and expand the building to more indoor/outdoor seating and parking. That would be fantastic. I support the cause!“

“5 stars for all that flavor!!!! The sweetest couple that has a passion and love for food opened a restaurant that's a must try. We ordered the curry chicken, oxtails, cabbage, green beans, rice/beans, candy yams and mac/cheese. It was all seasoned very well and we had leftovers. I can taste the love in every bite. The chef has mastered his craft! We will be back!

His great personality, attention to details and just over all service manner enhanced the atmosphere and the food. Food was delicious. Love the design. She was amazing and very attentive and even brought us a little dessert to help us celebrate. I definitely recommend Brinkley’s…the food was amazing and the steak was so tender you didn’t even have to cut it with a knife. “Ordered a pickup order through doordash app tonight and didnt realize they closed at 930pm and i was having to walk to pick up my order. I submitted the order around 915pm and i was about a 20min walk to get there .
I called them on the phone and explained my situation and they were nice and understanding and told me they would wait till 940pm. I made it on the dot 940pm and they were still there and i was able to get my food . Its rare people arent hateful and rude these days and i appreciate that they showed me some grace and were understanding 🫶❤️“

“Our first visit was dine in...it was during the AC outage. They had lots of fans and really was not an issue. Fell for the quacamole and the cheese and beef dips. Wife had the shrimp Ceviche (loved it) and I had Carnitas with salad (forget what it was called)...also great.

Was close by yesterday, so dropped in for carry out. Everything was put together quickly and packaged nice...including plenty of chips and napkins and plastic wear. We could only eat about half and I am finishing my leftovers as I type.

Great place. Friendly. Need to try some other dishes as I noticed some interesting plates while waiting on my carry-out. Glad to have found them.“

“My family and I experienced a wonderful dinner at Carabas on Washington Road in Augusta, GA this week. Not only was the food fantastic but so was our waiter, Kahleel. We can not say enough about how polite, attentitive and professional he was. He gave us the inpression that he enjoyed serving us. There are very, very few restaurant's in the area that have employees who have given us the service in which Kahleel did. My family and I would like his management to commend him on a job well done! “As I travel for work, I stay in the area frequently. This was my 3rd try to visit, as they have recently reduced their days open. Solo diner on an early Friday evening. I was seated at a patio hightop table immediately. The view of the river and sunset are spectacular! A fairly limited menu of mostly small plates. I had a glass of rosé and the Oysters Rockabilly. The oysters were small, but delicious. My server, Lauren was sweet and attentive. I would give all 5s if the oysters were more plump.“

A lot of sauce and flavor selections for a fair price. Not the most meat on the bone but great for Saturday or Sunday game days“
