“I forgot her name, but whoever the goddess is that's manning the register....THANK YOU! You are amazing, a people person, and this business is lucky to have you. Why aren't you on commercials for it? Everything you told my coworker and I to try was delicious. Now every review here that says they have small wings, they're a little small, but who wants those steroid induced mammoth wings? Not me? I like my wings hormone free and tasty. The lemon pepper almost made me slap my friend, but that sweet and spicy brought me back to reality. The fries were fried perfectly, and I know I'll be back to try other food.
Great service is everything, and because of the hostess, we'll be back for much more.“

“Great service by Dalton.. timely pace without a rushed feeling. Cocktails on point and delicious, thanks to Carrie and Zack. Oysters on the half shell, lip smacking good. We had the specials of Cowboy Ribeye and the Sea bass. Absolute perfection. We shared a cream brûlée,it was very light and delicious. A perfect meal.. thank you for giving Augusta a place for consistent good food and service.“

“I discovered this restaurant through tik tok and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the fried catfish meal for lunch. It came with fries, hush puppies and coleslaw. Everything was seasoned to perfection and cooked just right. The customer service was excellent and made the experience even better. I will definitely be back very soon!“

“Our service provider Ms. Nikki was very exceptionally well rounded with her service and friendly personality for the arts of culinary of Red Lobster, as me and my daughter sat and conversed of our daily life Ms. Nikki was there to fill our glasses and have warm cheddar biscuits and a warming smile that just are rarely seen these days. “What an incredible time we had me and my husband had to tonight. Service was incredible - Terran could teach a master class on service. His great personality, attention to details and just over all service manner enhanced the atmosphere and the food. Food was delicious. Love the design. (Love everything except for the uncomfortable side chairs that don’t seem to go with the beautiful design). Will definitely drive down from Columbia again to dine at Abel Brown.“

“My family and I experienced a wonderful dinner at Carabas on Washington Road in Augusta, GA this week. Not only was the food fantastic but so was our waiter, Kahleel. We can not say enough about how polite, attentitive and professional he was. He gave us the inpression that he enjoyed serving us. There are very, very few restaurant's in the area that have employees who have given us the service in which Kahleel did. My family and I would like his management to commend him on a job well done! Thank you.“

“The vibe was nice and laid back for a Saturday night. Customer Service was very friendly and attentive. Not a huge crowd which was fine with me. I had the low country boil and it was seasoned just right. My Amaretto Sour was made to perfection.“

“Ordered a pickup order through doordash app tonight and didnt realize they closed at 930pm and i was having to walk to pick up my order. I submitted the order around 915pm and i was about a 20min walk to get there .
I called them on the phone and explained my situation and they were nice and understanding and told me they would wait till 940pm. I made it on the dot 940pm and they were still there and i was able to get my food . Its rare people arent hateful and rude these days and i appreciate that they showed me some grace and were understanding 🫶❤️“

“My son and I went to the Washington Road location to eat and talk, where I was explaining to him how what we do affects others, some directly and some indirectly, when Ms. Tay served us our orders, she reiterated my point exactly without even knowing it… She was friendly and courteous, was attentive to all the diners and displayed great attitude, she even spoke some wisdom to my son!! The restaurant’s drive through was extremely busy Friday evening, Ms. Tay didn’t miss a beat, she had her headset on her head and still was attentive to the customers in the dining area!!! The restaurant was clean and everyone was served well! It’s good to know that people do care about what they do at work!! What you do matters! Be the change you want to see in the world!“

“This captain d is by far the best one Ive been to. Food is FRESH and HOT. With good customer service as well. Atmosphere was great and the young man brought me my food to the table. Now the one on Gordon highway was trash. Looks like they just threw the food in the to go box. If you went your money worth go to the one on Deans Bridge😌“

“Good and affordable food in a very convenient spot. The staff is always super friendly.
The only "negative" thing is that their spicy plates are not really spicy. Also, their website/online menu probably needs more info.
Apart from all that, this place is usually our first option when looking for a fast dinner option.“

“I haven't been to this place in a long time. The Russian hit wings are the best spicy wings WITH flavor anywhere I've found in the CSRA. The food is decently proportioned and my kids love the lemon pepper wings as well. I highly recommend the garlic parm fries! 5 wings and fries and drink was $11.99.“
