Arby's is a restaurant that stands out for its exceptional customer service. The staff, led by a dedicated manager, goes above and beyond. Orders are typically accurate, although some items may be out of stock near closing time. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious, with options like the roast beef gyro and roast beef sandwich. The eating area is clean and quiet. However, orders can sometimes be wrong, with mistakes on items like the double brisket and large curly fries. Fries are great and hot, but can sometimes be cold after a long wait. The chicken bacon & Swiss is pretty good, though the cheese could be melted better. Overall, Arby's is a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
