Now, I know that restaurants are hurting these days. We all are, but it’s no excuse for robbing your customers. I also understand how scarce chicken has been the past couple of years….but you DO NOT refry chicken when it is old instead of throwing it away and making a new batch. You do know that people can tell, right?! The chicken had at least three inches of new breaded skin that you could break…that held a skinny and tiny old looking piece of chicken underneath it. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible costumer service and poorly managed. Rude employees. Got cussed at and talked to so rudely by the MANAGER! Letting people inside that they knew (they were hugging) but closed the lobby to everyone else. Made to go thru the drive thru for an Uber eats order that they could of handed us thru the door but instead cussed at us and told us that if we didn’t like it to cancel the order and leave.
