Closes at 9PM! Arrived 8:51 walked in turned away. When reminded them of store hours and open sign illuminated still denied service! I was told they were a franchise with a smile..........
Online ordering doesn't work anymore, though it used to. I just wasted 20 minutes trying to place an order, re-enter card numbers, etc. for it to keep giving me a non-specific error that my order couldn't be processed. This is the second time this month that this has been an issue. Now I don't have time to eat. Thanks, Firehouse. You've lost my business permanently.
